Ok so that one is on logistic bridge. The zone has you dodging momorails the whole time, and at the end lets you jump above the rails. You have to make it back across the map and the armor is tucked away at the corner of the first rail.
(First rail of the room, but the last rail in this case, since you're going from the end of the room to the entrance again.)
