Hi, Edd! I have fun question - what is the temperature in your kitchen? My butter melts so fast when i make shortcrust dough and other things with butter... i tried different brands - everytime the same thing...

Nancy3116 I’ve used lard before but generally I prefer the favour you get with butter

What temperature (in Fahrenheit) should the pie crust be blind-baked? I didn't see that info on the web page.
