Hi Susan, You’re very welcome for the tutorial, glad you like it. 🙂 Nymo is more stretchy than the other threads, so if you use it for the weaving your bracelet may not hold its shape. Happy creating!
Beautiful bracelets! You're very skilled! I started buying E-6000 in the tiny tubes. Just don't use too much of it but definitely have those times I need it! I have an "off topic" question for you Sandy. I have grandchildren that I do arts and crafts projects with. I bought Crayola air dry clay that I'm afraid will dry out before we craft again. Is this stuff usable for making beads? I haven't gotten into the polymer clay yet so I have no experience making beads from clay. Thanks! Lynn S.
Thank you for the nice comment, Rozie! I saw another beader who suggested buying the E6000 in the smaller tubes, and I can see why it's a good idea. You might have noticed in the video that mine is getting kinda gummy, so I'm thinking of that for my next purchase. As for the air dry clay, be sure to wrap it up tightly, use a couple layers, and maybe even put a damp paper towel in to keep it from drying out. I know folks who make amazing things, including beads, with the air dry clay, but I'm not experienced enough with it to say how long lasting or durable it is.
Please can you show me how you finished the bracelet fasteners as you missed out the button and loop being attached to the leather. So I wasted 20 minutes to see something you didn’t show.
You mean the part I showed from 11:50 on? I explained and showed in great detail how to place and insert the loop for the button. If you need to know how to sew on a shank button, this video may be helpful: ruclips.net/video/k_ebAjQxygg/видео.html
Good tip to use floss to weave the ends. Thx
Hope you found it helpful!
your videos have always been excellent in the years I have followed you. well designed.
Thanks so much, Erin. :-D
Love your crafts! Very creative
Thank you, Eleonora! Happy creating :-)
Hi, thank you for teaching us how to make this! I have a question: why do you advise not to use Nymo thread for the weaving part? Thank you!

@@SandyHuntress Thank you Sandy! The E-6000 I have in small tubes gets gummy too. It still works though. I had to throw my big tube away though.
How did you attach the button? Thank you!
I sewed it on with a needle and thread. 🧵
