This is my experience and review of Ethiopian Airlines, Addis Ababa and Skylight Hotel. I enjoyed free lunch, free dinner and free transportation from the airport to the hotel.

How much was the layover at Addis ababa? 9 hrs or more

8.5 Hrs, in which 1 and 1.5 hrs to come out from the airport to reach the hotel and again you neee to be present in aiport 2 or 2.5 Hrs before , so roughly you will get 4 to 4.5 hrs in hotel, but it's good, you must visit hotel.

I just flew Ethiopian air from BKK to ADD then ADD to EWR. 100%, the dirtiest and dumpiest business class I have ever flown. Their 787-8 did not even have completely lie flat seats for an 18 hour flight (ADD-EWR). Never ever again. I literally feel like I got robbed of my money. Sooooo many other choices.
