Every big storm is the same. It takes time and starts with main roads. Every year it's the same they send the busses out and they all get stuck and block the roads..
Where I live they'll be smashups as no one can see for snow coming out of the parking lot. This is on a major road. The snow removal crew should be sued in court for causing all the accidents.
TTC has failed. do they not own a tow truck Oran they not afford to hire a tow truck. I guess supervisors sitting behind a desk do not see the real world
