love your tutorials and have been learning so much from them! Keep em coming man! Maybe a tutorial on your recent post with the steps through the forest and the leaf floor texture!
WOW!! beautifully done!! those mountains are just WOW!! Can you do the same tutorial for the HEAT MAPS or FLOW MAPS from world creator to octane C4D?? thankyou.. :)
You tutorials are amazing. Thank you so much for taking the time. I have a question. Is it possible to add a glow to the forester plants. Like adding a glow to like a flower for a night seen. Is that possible
i love you - there is all in it, nothing missing - best tutorial for a long time , had fun recreating this image - thank you so much one thing, i am new to octane, could you get more into detail, how to export the 3 files, i get another z-depth layer as i set i up it as output, i dunno why - its just black/white, no differences like i adjusted it - thank you (please show us/me how to export correctly)
Great WORK! unfortunately the Mask shape path closed option is greyed out and i cant disable it to open my mask . Do you know how to fix this.? anyone?
just figured it out, instead of going to the layer just right click on mask after points are selected and go to mask and shape path and uncheck closed from there.
To use within Octane render. It reads the displacement map and allows you to adjust height and mid values. Where as an exported OBJ you would not be able to do this.
@@MattObviously what about blender I tried using tiff but me importing a tiff file into blender as an object/terrain won’t work but if I import the OBJ or a FBX it works fine
@@cc.creationz the TIFF is an image. not a physical object. it has to be used within Octane's node tree with displacement node. the TIFF is an information file of black and white values that octane will read and translate to displaced geometry. view the video once more where he uses the displacement map on a plane. the same would be done inside blender.
Hi, First of all thanks for the precious tutorials, you're just fantastic! Keep it up. I would just like to ask you what are your pc/laptop specs, thanks in advance and keep'em coming ;)
Sir I gotta a question - does joining film school really helps you as an artist or does it just kills your creativity and force you to make some shit work ??? Btw I'm from India
i ll never stop telling you ... THAAANK YOU MAN FOR ALL

Why export out as tiff instead of obj?
