That's a raw performance. It looked like it was recorded on an old flip phone that had been ran over by a car.
In 1985, it was probably a 10 pound camera the size of a shoebox with a 15 pound portable VCR hanging off his shoulder.
@@mfree80286 I'm sure you're right about that, but it sounded better as a flip phone.
Do a compilation of Cliff Burton bass solos, he’s the man who did this masterpiece of a performance. Do this for your next vid
We will check it out! We appreciate the love and support. Don't forget sub to join the family!
Three of my absolute favorite Metallica songs
Call of Ktulu
Orion
To live is to die
When you watch bands early in their career, and it doesn't seem to matter the genre of music, you get a sense of the difference between the greats and the sort-ofs. It's intensity. They go out to every show & play like it's the most important show. Metallica, Nirvana, Rage Against the Machine, NWA, Public Enemy... and so on. The legends played clubs & arenas & stadiums with the same passion.
This is when they were in their early 20's
And all that talent at such a young age
Seen them with Cliff sadly we lost him just about a yr later
He was killed in a tour bus accident in Sept of 86
And the amazing thing is these dudes are their early twenties
Legendary
This song is based on the book For whom the bell tolls
By Ernest Hemingway
They two songs based on two books in the Bible
Creeping Death Old Testament
And The Four Horsemen in The New Testament
No smoking
