Officially dubbed the scavenger song by me (and possibly a few others) which obviously comes from connections of it playing outside the above-ground scav toll in Garbage Wastes. Turtletoad’s ‘scavs are funny’ video furthered this aha 👀✨

Also I'd like to point out that Early Wastes for Artificer and Spearmaster is absolute pain. I had a 9 hour spearmaster run where 3 hours I was farming karma for Waterfront Facility gate.

i tried so many times to find a scavenger in time to no avail then i decided to use the remix cheat that makes all gates karma 1 then disable the cheat after i used the gate

@@that_tvhead had similar gate problem on my way to Waterfront as Spearmaster. Shelter failure fucked me over so I had to farm for 3 more hours. I was very bad at this game then, and decided to play campaigns in chronological order. Almost rage quit in Spearmaster's Underhang, it's surprisingly much worse without DLLs.

Well, they both feature a lone survivor traveling a hostile, dangerous, ruined world with spiritual themes coexisting with sci-fi elements, have a sort of flat-shaded style(at least for the characters anyway), and dramatic, atmospheric moments scored by an often odd soundtrack that always seems to fit the mood perfectly- that is, when music is playing at all.
So... I'd say it's actually a fairly apt comparison, despite the many differences.

I'm on my first playthrough, finally explored all of the garbage wastes and I'm making my way to the next door while this song starts playing, felt amazing.
Then a piece of shit invisible lizard which I didn't even know existed came out of nowhere and ate my ass.
