As someone who eats carton egg whites every morning for breakfast, they are honestly better if you scramble them with a microwave. Heat one and a half minutes, pull and scramble with a fork. Heat for 30 more seconds, scramble, heat, and repeat until they’re no longer runny. But, they do make your kitchen smell like sulfur, so be warned!
Of the two, I'd go with bonobos too, but they're a bit uh... promiscuous lol. It's their primary mode of solving altercations. Honestly, I think they've mostly got it figured out.
