They knew back then that they couldn't really focus too much on the graphics because of limitations, so they had more resources in functionality and gameplay, but nowadays, I feel they focus too much on making the game pretty, and it eats into the stuff that actually matters. Basically, the main problem with today's games is resource mismanagement. That's not true for everything of course, but it's a little too common if you ask me
I tried it on PC, but the Ballas just kick me out of the car and fights with me so it's not working for me. Also I tried some of this guy's things but none works. I think he uses mods.
When CJ is rich, he will 'kinda' polite to cops too. He will call them "sir", "officer" when cops are chasing or busted him (in one star wanted level tho) Unlike when CJ is wearing green outfit (Gangsta CJ), he will call them "po-po", "one time", "punk", "b*tches", etc. :v
10:15 Catalina can also swim, I actually found this out myself. During one of the 4 robberies you do with her if you accidentally fall down into water she wont drown and fail the mission, she will actually also swim and follow you wherever.

Good thing to remember about swimming is that clothes (most noticeable pants and other loose clothes) will make swimming much-much harder if not impossible. So as much as you don't want to restrict player, it is nice that they decided to separate peds in that regard.

Here's one that i discovered recently that i don't think you even know about at all. So in las venturas right before the desert train station. The train will stop as a worker will actual come up from the direction of the station and change the rail direction for the train to start moving again. It blew my mind when i discovered it by accident while taking over territories in las venturas. Still discovering new things to this very day in gta sa.

I saw a worker on what looked like a pay phone stopped the train before playing a animation of the worker switching the rail. Which then the train started moving. Try to go on a date with Denise when Sweet's in jail with less, moderate and 100% in relationship with her. Wanna know the difference in the drive-by dates in all the three cases. Also if she goes on a food date, dancing date when Sweet's in jail. Also, go to Millie on a date while wearing the Gimp Suit and she remarks going on a kinky shit with CJ in her own house and the relationship percentage increases after the scene. (Discovered when I loved the Gimp Suit). Want to know how low, moderate and 100% in relationship with her will change the scene and the dialogue Also I had discovered a way to keep Millie in relationship and also pass the mission 'Breaking the bank at the Caligulas’ accidentally. Yo Kev3n, there's one detail i found out on a playthrough last year, i never saw this detail in a youtube video so i think it'll be cool for the next video like this, in the mission explosive situation, if you kill the guy with a suit and white construction helmet the timer for the detonation stops for the rest of the mission, i was amazed when i found this out.
Regarding how the wind affects your flying: I almost always load up at the abandoned airfield in Bone County now. I've learned if there's a storm beginning, it's best not to even persue taking off. I've flipped over or hit mountains too easily trying in a storm. Now, if I'm in a hurry, there's a wind sock across from the A/C tower that actually functions like a real one and using it to calculate your takeoff does help a LOT.

About the final fact, well, if you remove all the sounds, dialogs, etc this game is only 650mb. That means about 2,9gb of it is made for dialogs

Regarding how the wind affects your flying: I almost always load up at the abandoned airfield in Bone County now. I've learned if there's a storm beginning, it's best not to even persue taking off. I've flipped over or hit mountains too easily trying in a storm.
Now, if I'm in a hurry, there's a wind sock across from the A/C tower that actually functions like a real one and using it to calculate your takeoff does help a LOT.
