Thanks for sharing Debbie’s casita. I met Todd in Los Angeles during the set up of his mom and sister’s memorial. I was in charge of the technology broadcast at Forest Lawn. One of the most memorable Memorial services I was involved with. Todd really loved his sister and mother dearly.
Thanks for being a loyal companion and keeping Jordan safe, #Lionmobile Loved the tour of Debbie’s room ❤ Thank you, Todd and Kat, for the hospitality you always show Jordan!
That depot architecture really is (was) spectacular for a city Joplin's size. The glory days of the railroads must have been great. I wonder if Joplin has totally recovered from that devastating tornado of a few years ago. I think Joplin was the site of that spectacular shoot-out and escape of Bonnie & Clyde & Blanche & Buck (so perfectly filmed in the 1967 movie). Good luck with the car. You have such a good attitude. That brings positivity. Those people at AAMCO sound fantastic! Kudos to them.
I am so sorry about your car, glad the people in Joplin was good to you. I live 10 miles North so I know all the places today. The Joplin Depot is trying to raise funds to save the structure. You'll find another gem of a car! Thanks Jordan for taking us along.
I’m a little bit sad also about your car, it has taken all of us on so many trips and experiences. Lots of good and fun miles on the old girl. More exciting adventures to come!
You see the bright side in most things, Jordan. What a sweet disposition you have. Blessings to you and your new car if you get one. Have it checked out first!
I loved this vlog for so many reasons. But I have to say that I can completely relate to how you felt saying goodbye to your car. When I finally had to trade in my 13 year old, blue Honda CRX, I felt like I was abandoning my best friend. I bought that car when it had only 8 miles on it. It had 156.000 miles when I had to say goodbye. We'd been through thick and thin together. It took everything in my power to not break down and cry at the dealership. I remember the salesman saw me looking at my car and he said, "It's hard to say goodbye isn't it?". I guess he's seen it all before. It's amazing how attached we get to things like a car. I still miss that little guy.
Jordan, I really appreciate your kind words about our interactions with you, during what had to be an extremely difficult and complicated time. I think the part I like the best, is that part where your friends told you to use a mom-and-pop facility, and though we are nationwide, that's exactly how we try to run it here in Joplin. Personal, connected, and empathetic to people's situations. I can't thank you enough as well. Got your postcard today, and I can't thank you enough, again, for the shout-out. Please stop in, under better circumstances of course, anytime you're in Joplin. Maybe next time we can grab something to eat at the Undercliff, which is just around a few corners from where I live. It was absolutely an incredible pleasure to meet you, and to assist you in your travels, and I just wish that we could have done more for you, within the time constraints that we had. Joplin Missouri Aamco
Debbie was a true star and she loved her children. She knew what was important and never let fame keep her from being a great mom. I loved her autobiography. Rest I peace to Debbie & Carrie.
Very noble thing you did to donate to Kars 4 kids Jordan. You hear those commercials: "1877karsforkids donate your car today"! The guy who sings it I always though it was Johnny Cash! So awesome of the Fishers to let you sleep where Carrie and Debbie slept. What a luxurious looking room! RIP Carrie & Debbie.
This car shared in so many adventures, it really deserved this 'send off' vlog. It's also heart warming when you encounter helpful and friendly staff (as you did with the garage staff and the Hertz employee) it makes those difficult days an awful lot easier. Loved the whole vlog - but I bet you were pleased to reach the Fishers. Many thanks.
THANK YOU JORDAN FOR ALL YOU DO FOR ALL OF US OUT HERE, TO EXPERIENCE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS OF INTREST long with you❣️ 🐾🐾Hello to JAH🐾🐾💕 Blessing's, Kelly in Tennessee
So sorry to hear about your car. Such a faithful companion to you all these miles. Thanks for the tour of Debbie's room. She's always been one of my favorites. There's was always something very special about her. My love to you, Katie, Catherine and Todd
Don't feel bad Jordan, MANY Nissan CVT transmissions fail, maybe most of them...thanks for your videos Jordan, I really enjoy your channel. Mike from Regina, Sk Canada PS: Stay away from those CVT transmissions. Cheers !
Sorry to see your car go Jordan. I have a 2012 Sentra, I hope it holds out a few more years. I've been to Vegas a couple of times myself. That flight always amazes me. You have truly lived a charmed life. I loved your past video at Cat and Todd's home. It was so nice of them to let you stay in Debbie's home away from home. Being a Carrie Fisher fan since all those years ago in 1977 this video is especially special to me. Thank you!
I felt the same way when they towed my Toyota away. I really enjoyed this video, and the town of Joplin. What nice people. Did Debbie's husband ever pay her back for the money he took from her? Thank you, Todd for putting up Jordan in your mom's rooms. We enjoyed it. I was always a fan of Debbie's ever since I saw her in the movie Tammy. Safe travels Jordan. Can't wait to see Wayne Newton's old homestead.
Jordan even with your car breaking down and having to spend that much at the post office you still have an exciting life and I’m looking forward to the tour of Wayne Newton’s house. WOOHOO!👍🏻
You are a great person Jordan. I am glad you donated your car but sorry you had trouble with it. I love when you are at the Fishers and love the vlogs in the past with them. Great people too. ~Love&Light♥️C.
Donating an old car is the way to go. You don't have to spend the time and money fixing it up and then trying to sell it. Plenty of charities take old cars even if they don't run. I donated my old, inoperable Honda Accord to a charity that towed it from my house, fixed it up, and then gave it to a family in need. At the time, I also got a nice tax deduction but now most people don't itemize as the increased standard deduction is higher.
Rest in peace Jordan's old car. You did a great job getting Jordan around. It's good to be careful in areas that are fenced off. You don't want to end up in jail in a small town somewhere. Joplin has a tiny airport. Glad you are staying with Cat and Todd. Good people those two. Can't wait to see what adventures we get into next. Rest well and take care.
I have been wondering about your car. thank you for donating it. I am a Honda/Toyota fan. Good Luck! I felt sad when I saw your car being loaded. Someone will be so excited to get this car! Thank you for showing us the depot architecture. Enjoy your next car!!! Safe travels! I look forward to each of your videos. You are great!
Sorry to hear about your car, totaled mine a couple of years ago and just decided to use Uber, not always easy especially when you have an emergency Vet trip. Loved that all stone/cement building reminded me of the old American Thread buildings in my home in Connecticut, so sad if they don’t restore, these structures are master pieces😿💔😿 I too had very good experience with Amoco, they even sent me home in an Uber, very courteous group. Very emotional goodbye for your car😿 Las Vegas has to seem like your second home, you have new family and so many friends there, people just love you 😻
I'm sorry you had to get rid of your car. I love that dogs sweet face. She's so cute. 😁🥰 Thanks for sharing the room where Debbie Reynolds stayed. Very pretty. I loved the story about the bed and thier family photos.
I too, salute your old car, Mr. Jordan. Thank you, Elvis car, for treating Mr. Jordan very well on his adventures. Now, onto a new car, with new memories!
Great video. I wasn't worried about the flight till I saw the window all scratched up and I immediately thought of Road Sterling's Twilight Zone. Good luck on getting a new car. I am so old I have paid less for a house than cars these days
Gosh, I teared up as you said goodbye to your car. I hope they save that depot. I hate when they tear down history. There is a giant old depot in Detroit that Ford bought and they are completely renovating it. It is beautiful so far. Thanks for showing us your travels.
Best of luck in finding your next car, Jordan. That depot in Joplin was a great structure. It's sad they just left it abandoned. They could have done so much with the building, like turning it into housing.
Thanks for stopping in To see us at Joplin. Even if it is for a less than favorable reason. The depot is actually listed for sale. I hope to see it remodeled and back in use in some way.
Jordan I just love you, saluting your car goodbye. I always get attached to my cars. I have driven only Toyota Corolla's for 35 years, and never had a problem The first one was named Tia, second was Meko, and this one I have now, a Corolla Hybrid, is Kira. Thanks for showing Debbie's house, all the good memories. Have fun in Vegas (thanks for taking me on the plane ride, I love takeoffs and landings). When my son lived in LA, neighbor of his was a Marine pilot, and he took us on a flight out of Newport and did several landings and takeoffs, I could have done that all day Stay safe my friend.
I understand about your car. They become family. I have had myVW Bug convertible 18 years now! She is a good car but I really don’t go far in her anymore. I’d hate to every get rid of her! This volg is a good one. Thank you for finishing up the video and letting us watch you say good bye to that good looking car
I know the feeling. My truck 'died' last week. We had our fun. An interesting trip to Missori to see relatives. Like you, the repairs weren't cost effective. Unfortunately my truck's next life is parts for its remaining bretheren before crushed at a junk yard.
I know I shouldn't envy someone but I do you! lol. You have such great adventures. May your journey be long and safe under God's care Jordan. Never forget, He thinks you're priceless and so do I.
First, just wanted to say if the second plane had not waited for the late comers, you would have missed the bejeweled city at night. Silver linings are what to see, Jordie. Also, uhmmmm: 'WOW!!!" Todd really fixed you up. You two are great together. BTW, I hope you do atleast a few more of the videos with him. Perhaps in one he could take you to some of his favorite places in Hollywood and perhaps in another some of his haunts in Los Vegas. Nice video through and through. A.
Really cool mural overall good on the car I have donated two cats for kids in past years it will all work out looking forward to seeing the Vegas home safe travels back I’ve really enjoyed your videos thank you
I love that Depot, hopefully they will repurpose it for something good! As for the #Lionmobile, it had a good life with you! I am sure your next car will be ready for new adventures! 🙂
What an honour to be staying with Todd and his wife and sleeping in that bed among all that amazing history....wow!!!....just wow....amazing...i truly envy you....blows my mind.....enjoy!
my family and i stayed overnight in Joplin on our way to Phoenix..I remember we ate at a cute little dario..stayed at a Best Western that was brand new...next day on our way out west!..I think there was a tornado that went through the town in 2011 ...we were there in 2004..your videos are so interesting....love planes too!...thank you!..nice that you donated your car!

On November 4, 1969, the last train, the Southern Belle visited The Joplin Union Depot, ending 58 years of constant service. Joplin Union Depot supporters announced on May 4, 2022, plans for a national marketing effort to find an interested party to restore and use the 110-year-old station. The station was featured in the January 1912 edition of Popular Mechanics for its use of mining waste in the concrete.
Jordon I'm so sorry about your car. I always get attached to my cars. I had a 2000 Ford Taurus. I had 190 thousand miles on it when the transmission went out. A lot of people made fun of me for having a Ford. It gave me 16 years. I now have a KIA Rio. It's a great car but now I'm having issues with my insurance company because KIA's are known to be stolen more then any other car right now. Safe journeys to Vegas then home. I'm sure Jah misses you🐕🐕🐕 Thank you Jordan for all your awesome vlogs,
I've got a grey Nissan Altima that I bought in Chillicothe Ohio used. Still have her. She's had her moments but she's doing OK right now. We also have a Lincoln so if my Nissan goes belly up, at least I have it. Lol I know how you feel. You get attached to cars. They become like family. Good luck getting a new one!
Jordan, if you'd used a USPS Priority Mail box instead of the one from Home Depot [and they looked about the same size] you'd have saved about sixty bucks in postage since you can pack up to 70 lbs in a USPS carton without paying any extra... and you get free insurance as well. Just some future food for thought!

I live here in Denver. The Denver airport is A video in it's self.
The Fishers sound like amazing people!
They both are amazing.. im lucky to call them friends
You took really good care of that car look so well kept. Toyota's are pretty reliable.

The aeroplane bits were my favourite in this video. Love it! Hi from South Africa 🇿🇦 been following you or about two years now! 🎉🎉
I know the feeling. My truck 'died' last week. We had our fun. An interesting trip to Missori to see relatives. Like you, the repairs weren't cost effective. Unfortunately my truck's next life is parts for its remaining bretheren before crushed at a junk yard.
Interesting, you were on the wing on both planes. Coolness off the charts on the Reynolds place.
Many modern CVT transmissions are famous for blowing up like that. What a bummer….
The old depot is a beautiful Art Deco piece. Hope it’s saved.
This Is a great vlog Jordan. Thank You Very Much~~~~~Sherry
I know I shouldn't envy someone but I do you! lol. You have such great adventures. May your journey be long and safe under God's care Jordan. Never forget, He thinks you're priceless and so do I.

Sorry to hear about your car Jordan but good to know it is going to a good cause.
Enjoyed this! Thank you!
Sorry about your car. Glad you were able to donate it to a great cause. Can't believe they over sold the Denver flight. That's crazy. Have fun Jordan.
I hope you had a good experience overall out here in Joplin. I live aboul9bbbabout 30 minutes from Joplin for the last 2 years and love it.

Those Nissans are notorious for failing headgaskets, you got lucky...lol
I've got a grey Nissan Altima that I bought in Chillicothe Ohio used. Still have her. She's had her moments but she's doing OK right now. We also have a Lincoln so if my Nissan goes belly up, at least I have it. Lol I know how you feel. You get attached to cars. They become like family. Good luck getting a new one!
Enjoyed the journey, Jordan
Man you drove right past my apartment on the way to Undercliff!
I waved!
Car and teeth problems are the very worst ! Wish you the best ! Honda Accords are great cars. 🧡🙏🏻

Insurance is only $50. Total including shipping. You have to pay extra for more insurance.
That resturant looked pretty cool
Oh how I loved Debbie just watched one of my fav movies of hers Tammy and the Bachler
