I really miss Instruction Manuals - they were like mini art books. I just recently got a cartridge in box of Superstar Saga and Minish cap, and those instruction booklets are like little works of art. Glad to see people still value and appreciate them. Thanks for this video, Retrobreak! I need to look into this game...
One of the things I missed most about old games were the booklets. After purchase of the game, I remember fondly reading the instruction manuals on the train journey home. There would usually be a story synopsis, a few hints/tips/tricks, control layout, sometimes level descriptions, enemy type guides, character bios, and sometimes even a poster or map!
That was great. This looks so good and the scale screams of a passionate developer. I love the battle sprites! Absolutely gorgeous artwork. Looking forward to getting a copy of this on second batch pre-orders.
