Scopes I just moved to a level 3 city and I can only see 4 players on the whole map I'm I missing something. Also how do you get the points needed for tactics thanks in advance

The reason for this is every month there is an event where you can trade in tokens for officers who are max toget some other rewards and this first set of coins in the shop are cheap to get to convert but i do not get the second stack that are on sale in the store
Its hard to say really.. the best advice i can give is... there is always a bigger and better alliance.. and i dont mean join that alliance i mean no matter where you go there is always going to be a bigger and better place but that done mean the grass is always greener.. you need to find an active alliance that you enjoy playing the game with bro
another tip (campaign): If you are stuck at a level with strong SH tanks, use infantry even if it is at level 1 because the slow fire rate of SH will make it so the infantry stays alive long enough to tank for your other units
