rossi is like another version of golden eagle, he is good at heli or atg because he has sunder skill, and give him c because you dont have it is unacceptable, and bloody marry is absolute D, the good skill she has only damage intensity and shock, the other skill like move speed buff and 1% healing after combat not worth at all..
Great video as always. I've been waiting for this. Kinda sad about Lady Justice because she's great officer, she provide debuff on enemy + bufs your unit. But i know she's getting old😂. As of rest i agree 👍
yeah she is solid but the way i look a my rankings is simply: would she be in the end game setup, and unfortuatnlly the answer is now as there are better officers but she gets an A beccuase she is one of the best versatile officers avaliable
im doing one on each catagory right now but a special with mag and fubar will come at the end where we talk about each officers and a full list ranking

Whiz! Noooo he should be B but I understand not many can get him.
for sure thats the main reason he is in C but overall he is okay for B but even then you shouldnt be using statues on B tier officers hahaha
may be you can make top3 officers for each main department like arty, tank, inf, planes
