Twins in right hands are very deadly. One of the strongest killers in the game if you master The Twins.
Basically he is bad as fuck with some of them and put them in low tier (Twins or Artist)
Legion in A but Artist in D and Twins in F, such a clowny tier list, clearly a player with less than 100 hours
