  • PLEASE NOTE. When calculating the torque, consider the variation of density with altitude
In this episode i will show you how to use Solidworks Motion Study which can help in calculation for servo setup and study.

When the aileron is trailing shouldn't the force be near zero? Then for force increases as it moves. Could you add a sine function of the angle to include the change in effective area?

How did you figure out the mate between the link, servo horn, and the aileron? I kept trying to mate them together but it just doesnt work

The reaction plane was asking you where you want the reaction force, you were stating the same as the action force
To have different view on animation set time bar to the start zoom into the model

If you figured it out first and then did the video it would be really good. But it's a little slow.

thank you for your precious feedback. i know about slowlyness of my videos, but the reason is that I prefer to show some possible problems that anyone can use. I saw many tutorials, shortest than mine, that shows in a few steps creations from nothing without explaination and sometimes they did not speak but write. I don't like that kind of tutorial, so I decide to sacrifice speed and time in an effort to aid people to create their need. In the future this idea will no longer exists since i hope that people acquire more and more experience.
Thank you for your point of view, i will try to get it better next time

You could also edit the video. I think you would have more people watching.
