The Mk5 and Mk2 hispano have different belts now since last major update, stealth on Mk2 is HEI / HEI / SAPI and on the Mk5 it is HEI / SAPI.
So that's a reason the Mk2 feel like they hit a lot harder since the SAPI still does little damage.
My favorite thing about this jet is its SL multiplier, it has a 3.8 (1140%) multiplier which is the best in the game so it absolutely PRINTS silver lions

Gaijin tends to take the most wanted/overpowered premiums/event tanks and takes them away. It’s as annoying as it is not annoying. Though some insanely powerful event/premiums still lurk about in early jets.

And then you play the f-104C that has insane flight performance and speed way too overkill to be bullying 8.3 planes. in a losing dogfight? Just climb, you have an afterburner and good thrust to weight, the silly little subsonic can’t do anything 😂

This is the plane I used to learn Sim. Probably the best jet to do so. It's incredibly stable, super easy to fly, has a lot of ammo and 2 missiles. And it's also a naval plane so you can practice landing on the carrier with it. Just amazing. It's also very viable in uptiers too.
I never considered this. I've been tempted to learn Sim and this might be the jet I use for it. Thanks!
@@Con5tantine it's perfect for that. you cna practice with flying control, if you spin it you can easily recover it, and has solid armament. Vry good at turning also, something very important in sim especially at the beginning when you sturggle to keep enemies in sight

It's a bit of a hidden gem but it's always annoying when the best version of a jet is a premium
Not only a premium, but a limited premium that only appears every few months
There are two things about this plane that really don't make much sense:
-It's a very strange hybrid between the Mk 100 and 101. It has sidewinders so it should be a 101 but it lacks the search radar it had. So technically it is both variants at the same time and because of that we can't receive one of them in the main tree.
-Not only it's useful in air battles, it's the only german fighter below 8.7 that can carry rockets and bombs, apart from that useless variant of the already hopeless Me-262. So, you want decent CAS for your 7.0-8.3 ground lineup? Wait until the only exact day the Sea Hawk is available and buy it.
Got this plane when it came out I still love it. Its great in arb and grb and now that it has custom loadouts it's really nice for grb they don't effect arb much with this plane tho
On the store they even say it's the lowest BR IR missile lol

I been waiting for this particular hawk for a while, this time I was able to buy it and is pretty good, its cannons do wonders and the missiles are a tremendous bonus

@@flak8842I mean, that's just not true. The Sea Hawk Mk.100 has the highest possible SL multiplier AND a favorable matchmaker most games, that's pretty much all you could ask for.

This may be the lowest for a missile but America and Britain both have 8.3 jets that can carry 4 missiles. I own this plane an I don’t think it’s that over powered, any vehicle can be overpowered if the person knows how to use it’s strengths and weaknesses. But that’s just my opinion.

@@GewelReali don't know F9F8 pretty good if u know when hit n run or dogfight cougar strange like that but working for me i able research Demon and both Corsairs then hop in Demon and research F4C and F4J i know it not most efficient way grind trees but i like play vehicles till i know them like back my hand

Buddy I’ve beat a10s and f5cs in a he 162 does that make it op? Again like I said it doesn’t matter about the plane class or type it matter how many the pilots plays their cards right, that’s what I meant by any vehicle can be overpowered.

I bought it when it came out and at the time I used it mainly in Air to Ground and a few times in Realistic Air Battles, but I haven't used it for a long time.
Aside from this plane the lowest BR plane with AA missiles is a 4 way tie at 8.3

I had multiple moments myself where I needed to vent but realized afterwards that I didn’t treat someone fair.
After all what should he care what the viewers of defyn thinks of him and his gamer-tag? Chances are high defyn wouldn’t show it in his videos in the first place or people forget that dudes name as soon as they switch to the next video.

I eat that plane for breakfast it's no issue for me when I am in a superior plane
@@flak8842 oh yah now a days you counter it like nothing with anything that just flies faster but In the old sim meta tier 5 that thing was the second fastest plane in the bracket, the best overall turnfighter and with 2 missiles. The best meta plane to counter it was the F9F-8 Cougar that is faster by a pretty small margin and drops speed like a mig21 with 1/4 of the acceleration only. Those were hard but fun times
Unrelated to this video, Gaijin completely broke radar missiles on the console version yesterday. Basically, you can have a solid radar lock, hit your button for "Weapon Lock: Air-to-air" and the seeker will flash once then deactivate. HOWEVER, this only happens in actual missions, not in test flight, making it doubly annoying to deal with if you were trying out your radar missiles in test flight before going into an actual match.

Its a crazy thing ive noticed in alot of games which im really good at (not warthunder) that you will receive far more flaming from your team mates when you play the game really well vs playing it really badly. Being more passive and picking moments is frowned upon vs just being crazy and dying.

If I had a dollar for every time Germany was given a British plane, but just a direct upgrade in every way, I'd have two dollars. Hell even the Italians get a 7.7 vampire for some reason while Brits deal with 8.0. Truly Britain and France are just a difficulty slider

Hey defyn, i have a weird glitch in warthunder wich makes my radar missiles impossible to fire in online games, does anyone have an idea how to fix this? To be clear, my radar lock works, but when i press my button to lock the r3r it appears for 1 sec and disapears so it wont lock and i cannot fire it.

I wouldnt say that the me163 is a very sad plane. It has some major drawbacks, but it excels at diving into furballs and coming out of it with 4 kills and a win. It can dogfight everything. But its very sad if enemies run from it and bnz it. Cause it cant catch them nor shoot them down from behind. But it can be a lot of fun to fly. My personal record is 8 kills without landing. Crashed into the last kills wreck because i only had 4 rounds (2 trigger pulls) of 30mms left. Intense match.
the me163 is amazing, it's drawback is that literally everything can outpace it's shells lmao
@@kingghidorah8106 once youre close enough hitting with them becomes a lot more easy. I usually kill within 300m. Its drawback is the low amount if fuel and the tendency to rip its wings off.

Br compression, especially in 7.0 to 9.0 is garbage. My Me 262 A1A faces this 7.7 with missiles and also 8.0 that surpasses every flight characteristic...
Seems like F-86s are annoying for a bunch of german planes. How do I fight them in the Lim-5p? Even when I get on their 6 they're too squirrely and my aim is bollocks.
The Ki-200 is a little rough as well as the Me163 seeing how they are pretty much the same

The ki trades a little bit of fuel an thrust for actually good guns.

The Saab 105E has it not the Sk-60B
The SK.60 is 7.0 but it does get two RB05 AGM's that have proxi fuses so it's technically the lowest A2A missile.

But it is 5.7 in AB which really shows it’s RB ranking is bullshit lol
Using 15G ( Firestreak) missiles on the javelin feels like cheating at 8.3, at 8.0 it must be even worse even if they are only 10G (9B)
