Great British people's fighter in grovesy. Broken jaw he got off the stool, dislocated shoulder he got off the stool. British boxing legend to be proud of.
Yep He’s one of my favourites for sure .. he destroyed Froch in the first fight and I love Froch loosing to him is not a big deal the guys a legend .. the only blemish on his record for me was the badou jack fight he didn’t seem to turn up and I don’t rate jack at all.. the Callum smith fight he was clearly not recovered from the shoulder injury .
If you hated George Groves as a fighter then he did his job selling the fight and adding spice. If you hate him now then you need to ask yourself what sort of person you are.
I’ve always liked and respected George Groves. When he beat James De Gale that’s when I started to take notice of Him. He had a great career and realised his dream of becoming world champion something other fighters are still struggling to accomplish. He got out the game with all his faculties in tact and can move forward now and enjoy raising his kids without hopefully having to struggle to pay the bills. With the Internet and social media as an available tool to making a living, he can move on and add to his already gained riches. Well done George, you done great and will be remembered as a great fighter and a great person.

I've watched this interview 3 times in 2 days, I've really enjoyed it and it's interesting to fill in all the gaps that were once unknown, Groves was a fearless fighter and a true gentleman
It's great isnt it. I watched it over 2 days at work doing mains boards in cupboards. Really really enjoyed every minute of it. GG was in his prime before i got hooked on boxing so it was nice to hear the old stories etc. Well worth the watch!
Listened to this multiple times. Easily one of the best boxing interviews I've ever heard. Tris' line of questioning gets all this great information and stories out. Also Groves = British boxing legend. The Froch and Eubank Jr fights are way up there for domestic dust ups both in terms of the build up and fight nights.
Being a fan of Froch naturally I enjoyed seeing George get sparked at Wembley. However, you can’t help but admire his determination to achieve his dream of being a world champion. He certainly did it the hard way and deserves all the fruits of his Labour. He never gave up on himself and succeeded; and now can enjoy retirement in good health. Good luck to the bloke.

Have to say that was a great interview and very candid responses from George. A worthy champion and I'm glad he fulfilled his goals. I wish him all the best for him and his family for now and the future. Thanks for the memories Mr Groves.

5:38 "how many people were there?" Loving the cryptic joke and how they both laughed.
Spent most of his adult life in a gym constantly being in shape and making weight for fights. He is allowed now to fatten up and just be natural.
His hairline isn't natural
Natural?
Nature can be cruel.
Absolutely schooling Ebank Jr, with a dislocated shoulder 🤣🤣 that alone gets my respect 👏🏻👏🏻
I agree, but eubank also had dislocated shoulder, so that made it an even fight, so best man won
