To be very honest the Glyph Interface is not that useful personally for me because I don't keep my phone upside down. Now coming to the device the best part which I liked about the phone is it's UI, it's clean and absolutely bloatware free which nobody is giving apart from Motorola. And the choice of using UFS 3.1 storage is also good but the pricing seems a bit higher considering the processor they've used as the base variant costs almost 33k - 34k so by extending the budget to about 1k we're getting Realme GT 2 which comes with Snapdragon 888 but the UI on that is a shitty mess.
The Display used in Nothing are Double or more than double price oft the standard Amoled Panel for making Chin like an Flagship Samsung and Apple Product Display is 10 bit 120 hz which is flex from bottom for Ribbon Connectors that's make it more costly and when we use that phone in hand , it's feel Premium * GT 2 doesn't have lower chin and metal fram that's make it Flagship killer but not a Flagship Feeling Phone.
I have a feeling that they are not really after the specs with this phone, but rather after the user experience... somewhat Apple like. I just need to know what is the level of customer support they can provide. Also, a real killer feature for me would be a guarantee of 5 years of security updates and 4 years of OS upgrades.
My question is They always tried to compare with Apple So in which term do u feel nothing beats Apple ?(except pricing) Would love to know ur thoughts Also frankly speaking i don't like this move of removing charger from box
For honest review I'm here. All other big youtubers have overhyped this phone. They see no bad in any device. Only Ranjit sir and Gyan therapy are doing honest job.
I like the UI, both software and hardware, looks nice and rather interesting after a long time. No 8xx level SoC & no 3.5mm jack are the big negatives for me. Screen looks good though, 8GB RAM minimum is good as it enables 64 bit chrome etc. Decent pricing. I'm not interested largely because of the SoC, as longevity in terms of performance can easily be an issue within 2 years. Does it have some type of screen mirroring / desktop software UI available sir?
@@terminator969 no not 870 because kernel updates for phones powered by 870 is locked till android 14 i.e., only 2 years more so I think that's the reason why nothing didn't go with 870 So you won't receive android 15 on ANY 870 powered phones.
For a first phone, they have priced it a bit high. Especially with uncertainty over how they would perform, customer service, bugs etc.. But it's a great opportunity for nothing as OnePlus's phones at the same price point aren't pleasing anymore
yes it is because it's a first generation of the products so that's why it's early however it will continue in a next generations for now we are in the first generation

To show the backlight effect , please make it in dark , it will highlight more sir!!! Wonderful video. The phone looks so premium... But at the same time we also can't deny the fact that it's a beginner in the market so according to that they should have included the charging adaptor to make it work in the market , therwise now people will have to think 10 times before buying this.. I mean why would someone pay so much in a fresh product that we know nothing about.. even though I don't know about the price but I'm much pretty sure they gonna set it quit high..
the best thing about ranjit is he gives all details about the box first. which is very rare now a days. it is very helpful to buy any legit device. Without box details it is not unboxing review. other channels are just bring device out of the box and that's it.

Hey Ranjit! Love your stuff! Hope you and your family has recovered completely. A few questions springing to my mind rn A. Does it have the full Android 12 feature set? (Privacy Dashboard, Notification History, a theming engine etc) I'm asking this as MIUI still doesn't support notification history on its Android 12 MIUI 13 B. Is this phone going to be sold through an invite system like how OnePlus did when it started? Would love to see a dedicated video or atleast a few minutes going over everything about this Nothing OS (UI). In fact, I'd like to see a video if possible which talks and explains all the customised features of each Android skin (MIUI, One UI etc) and compares and contrasts between all these skins. Asking this because as there's not many videos who talk about Android skins even though they're the most important part of the experience. Reviewers are used to seeing the skin so they're very familiar with it, but the common man isn't familiar with every skin. As always, thank you so much for speaking out for the common man.
@@mynk_rjpt Probably with a 3800ish mah battery if nothing does nothing on the optimisation part to provide better battery life like iphones with just 2 phones in their line up then there would be something to be disappointed.
@@mynk_rjpt Tu sun fact 🤪 : As of today except for the pixel 4a which is a true mini 3 years old and Asus zenphone 8 almost 2 years old, no decent Android phone with good specs is less than 6 inches is available in market. S22 comes close but with SD Gen 1 it's supposed to be a disaster in battery life. Actually this phone should have been launched with SD 870 and the mini with SD 778+ which would have given batter battery life and value for both the phones. With respect to iPhone Apple will be forced to get mini in iPhone 16 or 17 series. Afterall they can't always be correct. Everyone who likes a mini phone can't be having like 70k.

To be honest who wants their phone to all light up at night or in a meeting and most importantly half of the time your phone will be in your pockets and also if you are using it you will watch the screen not the LEDs .. kinda new but not very useful ... If they really have the confidence in their product they would have launched the phone first, explain each and every feature and make people wait for the product.
They could have cut down on the paperwork to further reduce waste. Providing a frosted back instead of a glossy back would have made it more beautiful. They could have provided a true stereo speaker on the top. The fingerprint sensor could have been ultrasonic instead of optical. They could have used LPDDR5x instead of LPDDR5. The front camera is still the same Sony IMX471 ( Carl Pei's favourite) which is being used since 2017. The video recording options have been capped at 4K/30fps for the back cameras which the front is 1080p/30fps.
Hmm I don't see how this won't sell like hotcakes after creating such crazy hypes and finally delivering them too!Amazing start for a startup👍 keep it up NOTHING!
Seriously no charger, nothing? The brand is taking customers for granted at the start itself and. we consumers should neatly show them the way out. This would turn out to be a huge flop and nothing would be done for good.
Honestly I don't think so. The phone will itself became overpriced considering if you use a 33watt fast charger, which will cost you around 1500 anywhere, and for the base variant the customer who are pre ordering the phone will get it for 32k and so on, so on normal day the base variant could cost around 33k-35k probably, and + charger. But still if they maintain a good customer service and the camera comes out good it's not a bad deal still.
Please test the RAM management on it... Retaining app data, switching between apps is an absolute must... Do compare it with some premium Motorola phones
Sir, just to let you know that As you are saying about flip the phone to get it into donot distrub mode but it is not a new thing as Motorola phones already have the same feature in their phones

32k hai na base price upto 38k
The Display used in Nothing are Double or more than double price oft the standard Amoled Panel for making Chin like an Flagship Samsung and Apple Product
Display is 10 bit 120 hz which is flex from bottom for Ribbon Connectors that's make it more costly and when we use that phone in hand , it's feel Premium
* GT 2 doesn't have lower chin and metal fram that's make it Flagship killer but not a Flagship Feeling Phone.
@@aryavarta229 Do you really think flagship feeling is more important than actually being a flagship in itself?
I have a feeling that they are not really after the specs with this phone, but rather after the user experience... somewhat Apple like. I just need to know what is the level of customer support they can provide. Also, a real killer feature for me would be a guarantee of 5 years of security updates and 4 years of OS upgrades.

A. Does it have the full Android 12 feature set? (Privacy Dashboard, Notification History, a theming engine etc)
I'm asking this as MIUI still doesn't support notification history on its Android 12 MIUI 13

Highly hyped, Highly priced phone. Phone seems like a solid one, but 32k for a 778g midrange chipset seems like a big miss.
