Thank you for doing this video. I have the ET-8500 and love it. I’ve had it for about a year and a half and could never figure out the thin paper because I never loaded it in the back, always put it in the tray and it wouldn’t print the full image. Also the litter robot is the best, they have excellent customer service. Thank you for all the tips
This was interesting. I own the ET-2720. Definitely a cheap model but I am so impressed with it. I have had it for 2 years and I print on it like mad (crafting digitals, wedding every thing, etc) .I have only had to replace ink 2 times!! I am still learning what paper works best for my needs, so I will definitely check into Red River, thanks for the recommendation. Detrick is the best! Appreciate this video, I received ET 3850 as a gift look forward to set it up but thanks for the heads up to use it at least weekly to make sure if doesn’t dry out. I totally would have done this then wondered why it did. 🤣🤦♀️
Have you tested your stickers under the sun? I would like to purchase a printer that can print great quality, and the color won't fade under direct sunlight. Any help would greatly be appreciated. If anything I can buy a sticker from you and tested too 😊

What printer settings do you use for vellum - I have the same printer and any black streaks, no matter what vellum I use. I also fine the colours dull 😢

i know this is an older video but does this printer take 100lb cover card stock? i believe the gsm weight is 210? ive looked the entire internet seemingly and keep running into conflicting info. i'd so appreciate your help!
I think the color profiles for different papers should be spoken about more often. It would save folks so much frustration.

That is amazing Red River gives you color profiles so you don't have to mess with fine tuning RGB to CMYK conversion!!!

All digital printers of any kind have a learning curve. Each one has its own quirks!
I have the smaller version and it works welll enough for the little bits i do just for myself.
May I ask which version you have?

Still super happy with it. My fine art paper is 300 and it does just fine. :)
