Come to think of it, maybe the assigned personality doesn’t effect the island, but instead effect what emotions you have. In Inside Out, different people have different emotions in charge or in some cases, more than one of the same emotion, so maybe that’s what the assigned personality changes

Here’s another theory regarding Boo. The theory goes that she is actually Violet from the Incredibles. There are quite a few pieces of evidence to this. First of all, we all know that Violet’s power is invisibility, and toddler superheroes do not have the best control of their abilities. However, when her and Sally were playing hide and seek, she practically disappeared and reappeared. It would also make sense for her to easily use her powers when she is happy and relaxed, which would explain why she doesn’t use them when she gets afraid, similar to how Violet couldn’t perform under pressure, probably due to childhood trauma? . Also, Monsters Inc. pairs children with monsters who are their best fit. Her monster was Randall, who also has invisibility powers. Randall would be the representation of what Boo doesn't understand about herself or possibly what she may become, which fits in with her being only able to use them when she is happiest or the most sure of herself. At the end of Monsters, Inc. Boo is no longer afraid of Randall which in turn allows her powers to flourish. Lastly, we can see that she is drawn to Sully, a big burly man who would most certainly remind her of her dad. hulking frame could of reminded her of anyone, right? I also noticed that Boo had a complete lack of fear of heights when she was happy and with Sulley, almost as if she had a way of catching herself with her telekinetic powers so that she didn't hurt herself. This also would fit into the Pixar theory as one of the Brave witch’s powers was telekinesis, something Violet could do with her forcefields. Probably, as she got older, she would have taught herself how to make her force fields invisible, which would make it look like she’s using pure magic. It also makes sense considering the technology in the Incredibles is super advanced for it’s time frame, with memory wiping machines, mag levs, mind control helmets, and robots that could learn. This would also explain why Boo's parents didn't freak out to find her, and why we don't see monsters in the pixar universe anymore. "Where is Violet? Invisible again?" "No, I got a letter from the monsters. She's with them helping solve an energy crisis." "Oh that's my little super-hero." Followed quickly by: "THEY TRIED TO DO WHAT TO MY GIRL? I WILL TEAR THEIR CITY TO THE GROUND AND SLAUGHTER THEM ALL!!!"
@@davebtu5413 Two words: hair dye. Another piece of evidence for this is the fact that Bob and Helen Parr are blonde and brunette respectively. Here's another possibility: Prince Adam from "Beauty and the Beast"! I mean, let's face it: Gaston stabbed him, and then he died. Belle brought Adam back by declaring her love for him, and that (obviously) resulted in the prince coming back to life. Another thing to remember is that the story of "Beauty and the Beast" takes place during the 1700s - centuries before the events of "Soul", which takes place in the present day (considering that Muhammad Ali died back in 2016). What do you guys think?

Hello, nice theory but I personaly believe the soul to disrupt the count was the father in 'Onward' as he is brought back to life after he has died. Hence, disrupting the count by leaving the great beyond. Or it could even be miguel, who qoute 'was neither dead or alive' in the afterlife. Have a nice day.
My sister and me had a lot of theory’s on this, and had a couple theory’s on where 22 was, we figured 22 was Reilly from inside out due to the similarities. This theory was pretty well done! Nice job!
Great video Isaac!! Also, about what the great beyond is. I have a theory that it's the land of the dead from Coco. I feel like it fits well into the Pixar theory!
Nah, Boo just like Joe with the cat. Was accidentally trapped in the Witch’s body and the soul from the Witch’s body like Mr. Mitten’s soul when Joe took over. That previous soul of the Witch was sent to the Great Beyond but with no corresponding dead body on Earth. I’ve heard this theory somewhere here on yt
The only reason Boo is so obsessed with learning magic and finding Sully is because Mike rebuilt the door. If Sully and Boo had not reunited who knows how many years later, Boo would have grown up thinking her adventures in the Monster World was just a dream, chalking Sully up as an imaginary friend or something of the sorts. But seeing Sully again as she was older (still just a young child, going by the voice, but clearly no longer a toddler) convinced her that her imaginary friend was real and she wanted to meet him again, no matter the cost.
Couldn't the kid from Coco have also thrown the count off by being in an after life without actually being dead... also shouldn't these two completely different depictions of the after disrupt the idea that there is a connected Pixar Universe at all? I mean Soul and Coco have two completely different after lifes with two completely different sets of rules within those after lives. They can't be both be true within the same universe.
Sorry to break your whole theory but I just watched a video from the super carlin brothers and it got me thinking. What if the count was set off by migel in coco. Let me explain if both afterlives are and the same that would mean that there was one extra soul accounted for than originally intended. And due to the time period and barely any technology present in coco we can conclude it happened about a decade before soul putting right in tune to what Terry said.
The movie souls is so different from the rest of Pixar movies. I think is more towards grownups then kids this why is so unique about life. I see every movies is special but this is unique. I love your vids men good job 👍
When I saw this movie and heard that. I thought, she shouldn't have said it like that(or something to that effect) Because it shows that their method is off or not as good as it could, because it's open for error. They're beings that our tiny human minds can't even fathom
wonderful video as Always! your theory was explained very thoroughly and tbh im inclined to agree...? like maybe she was trying to get back to sully bc she went thru the wrong door and wanted to go back to him and then go back home... and learned magic to try to get back to him!! maybe shes TRYING to be that all powerful so that she can recreate that door way... and then didnt succeed before her death :( oh no i just made myself sad. anyways have a great day!
I like this theory but wouldn't Boo's being in the past from the present cause the count to be off twice? She would have been counted as an extra soul in the past, where the Jerry/Terry wouldn't know where she came from, then in the present when she was supposed to die the count would be low because she wouldn't be there and then they'd realize that this is where she was supposed to be. Terry's OCD would be running him up every single proverbial wall in that place XDDDDD
My theory is that boo/witch went to the past because magic would be more abundant. Remember how in onward magic was fading away as technology got more advanced maybe the same rule applies?
Remember how you used to do what if’s Well, can you do a what if for Tangled It’s a pretty sad one What would Tangled the Series be like if Rapunzel lost Eugene for good? What if he died and Rapunzel couldn’t save him, and she lost her powers for good?
Thank you for this video Isaac you're the best I mean that personally your so educated and they should hire you at Disney you would be a brilliant educator to those who seek knowledge anyway take care yourself 👍👍👍👍👍
So just by watching your video it made me think about the great beyond scene. As you watch the souls go they turn into like this little colored dots and then disappear. What if the great beyond is the person turning into an emotion and becomes part of another person on earth. So inside out.

Hey I found a theory on tumblr and it goes says this:”I have a theory that the leaders of fowl, aka the vultures, (I forgot their names) was the responsibility for Della’s Moon Trip, cause they might wanted Della out of the picture as she was too close to discovering their sercet cause would gladly let Scrooge spend all his money if they wanted her to stay lose or they may have wanted to crush Scrooge’s spirit, but Huey, Luey and Duey, have reignite it before it was crushed forever.”
Dude it’s Dewey and Louie
@@marianamachado1088 oh sorry But that what the tumblr post I saw says and it the person who wrote might have a hard spellings thinks when they don’t know how it spell and use the sound
Boo is a real mystery.
How does monsters inc explain sitting of Nessy going back to the 15 century 😉
Yes! Her contribute to the Pixar theory is a real mystery!
This theory makes SO much sense man, I'm pretty much sold on this one, great video!!
Crossing Soul with another Pixar movie (for example Monster Inc.) to solve an unanswered question is something I JUST DID lol! I believe I've answered the question of "Who would've been 22s' family if she was to leave the Great Before and land on Earth when she SUPPOSED to and not way all of these years like she did."
....So to whoever's reading this...come on over and check it out. Once again great video Isaac!
I've already seen the video that you were talking about not too long ago, it's pretty good! Keep up the great work!
@@omegafunnyfamily2449 I did see your comment over there lol thanks again for your support!
In the Monsters Inc world in Kingdom Hearts, Sully can go and see Boo whenever he wants to, unless he was forced to stop seeing her.
Is kingdom hearts even canon tho?
You make the best videos in the world!!!!
Sully would be DEVASTATED when he hear's about this!
Imagine if in like 30 years Pixar releases an official timeline for all their movies that had been making as they went along
Here's a suggestion: Why only 22 and Moonwind could understand Joe's language when he was a cat?
Moonwind was in the zone when Joe was a cat, and 22 was inside Joe's body.
wow i used to watch you when i was younger and one of your videos just popped up in my recommended at first i didn't know who it was since you changed your channel name but then i heard your voice and recognized it i might start watching your videos again
Bro I can stand any show with a voice actor like Hearing Kristen Schall Voice in bob’s burgers only makes me think of Mabel and the same thing applies to one of the Jerry’s who no joke sounds like Onion
they probably are the same voice actors, especially the person who voices onion
Pixar fandom: boo is a time traveler!!
Boo: *random gibberish*
Hello, nice theory but I personaly believe the soul to disrupt the count was the father in 'Onward' as he is brought back to life after he has died. Hence, disrupting the count by leaving the great beyond. Or it could even be miguel, who qoute 'was neither dead or alive' in the afterlife.
Have a nice day.
Soul Theory-Can souls reincarnate?
My sister and me had a lot of theory’s on this, and had a couple theory’s on where 22 was, we figured 22 was Reilly from inside out due to the similarities.
This theory was pretty well done! Nice job!
Ooh that’s an interesting idea :D I was wondering if 22 might already be another Pixar character
lovely how the purply reflection on the glasses makes it seem like you re wearing bold makeup
Omg this could be so true I just found you channel 🚨 new subscriber alert 🚨 👏👏👏👏
Nice, a new theory video! Btw, happy new Year man
Issac rocking that sweater 👍
Oh yeah!!
Great video Isaac!! Also, about what the great beyond is. I have a theory that it's the land of the dead from Coco. I feel like it fits well into the Pixar theory!
Not necessarily a villain but definitely the main antagonist
Hi Isaac!!! Huge Fan!!! Love your vids. Can you do another live stream discussing theories?? Pretty Pls???
Boo is the main person I think most people went too, but this is the best explanation for it.
Anyone else really like Terry’s voice?
What about Meg, she died then Hercules brought her back!
Unfortunately, Disney and Pixar movies are not connected.
That totally slipped my mind
I think Terry deserves their own short
Nah, Boo just like Joe with the cat. Was accidentally trapped in the Witch’s body and the soul from the Witch’s body like Mr. Mitten’s soul when Joe took over. That previous soul of the Witch was sent to the Great Beyond but with no corresponding dead body on Earth. I’ve heard this theory somewhere here on yt
i love your videos keep up the good work and i love your theories wotso videos they are great keep up the good work
Hmm interesting. Maybe Boo did mess up the count. Gotta be someone that did it
I never thought of this
I literally wrote a comment with this exact theory on the 4th, I’m so glad someone thought of the exact same thing
“What is the meaning of life?”
*Boo*
Could any human understand Joe as a cat
No, only 22 could understand him everyone else just heard meowing
No. This movie isn’t about talking animals.
Didn’t the meditating guy (I forgot his name) understand him?
Game Difficulty_42 Moonwind
The only reason Boo is so obsessed with learning magic and finding Sully is because Mike rebuilt the door. If Sully and Boo had not reunited who knows how many years later, Boo would have grown up thinking her adventures in the Monster World was just a dream, chalking Sully up as an imaginary friend or something of the sorts. But seeing Sully again as she was older (still just a young child, going by the voice, but clearly no longer a toddler) convinced her that her imaginary friend was real and she wanted to meet him again, no matter the cost.
SISYPHUS????
There’s a story in greek mythology where a guy named Sisyphus escapes death by tying up Thanatos (the god of death).
You should do the miser brothers
Thanks for giving light to this and making think how I otherwise wouldn’t have
Please a video on how Soul is connected to Coco.
That is coming soon! I gotta do that!!
@@IsaacCarlson how does monsters inc explain sitting of Nessy going back to the 15thcentureies as Pixar theory😮
I love how much energy he has
Couldn't the kid from Coco have also thrown the count off by being in an after life without actually being dead... also shouldn't these two completely different depictions of the after disrupt the idea that there is a connected Pixar Universe at all? I mean Soul and Coco have two completely different after lifes with two completely different sets of rules within those after lives. They can't be both be true within the same universe.
Sorry to break your whole theory but I just watched a video from the super carlin brothers and it got me thinking. What if the count was set off by migel in coco. Let me explain if both afterlives are and the same that would mean that there was one extra soul accounted for than originally intended. And due to the time period and barely any technology present in coco we can conclude it happened about a decade before soul putting right in tune to what Terry said.
Next theory: why isn't second chance's a thing in the soul world!?!?
Great Beyond
I want a Pixar short of Terry
The movie souls is so different from the rest of Pixar movies. I think is more towards grownups then kids this why is so unique about life. I see every movies is special but this is unique. I love your vids men good job 👍
When I saw this movie and heard that. I thought,
she shouldn't have said it like that(or something to that effect)
Because it shows that their method is off or not as good as it could, because it's open for error. They're beings that our tiny human minds can't even fathom
Let us not forget that what happens in kingdom hearts 3 is Canon to the story Of monsters Inc.
I wonder if he have watched Elena of Avalor?
Considering one of his old videos is about Vor.
wonderful video as Always! your theory was explained very thoroughly and tbh im inclined to agree...? like maybe she was trying to get back to sully bc she went thru the wrong door and wanted to go back to him and then go back home... and learned magic to try to get back to him!! maybe shes TRYING to be that all powerful so that she can recreate that door way... and then didnt succeed before her death :( oh no i just made myself sad. anyways have a great day!
so hello. i've seen these notifications and just ignored them lol but i'm back for more theories
Are the theories your favorite kind of video? Maybe I need to do more of them!
Love your videos 💖😍💖
I like this theory but wouldn't Boo's being in the past from the present cause the count to be off twice? She would have been counted as an extra soul in the past, where the Jerry/Terry wouldn't know where she came from, then in the present when she was supposed to die the count would be low because she wouldn't be there and then they'd realize that this is where she was supposed to be. Terry's OCD would be running him up every single proverbial wall in that place XDDDDD
My theory is that boo/witch went to the past because magic would be more abundant. Remember how in onward magic was fading away as technology got more advanced maybe the same rule applies?
Off topic: I wonder if the Jerry's/Geri's were inspired by the Macintosh logo...
Anybody else love the wide round Terry?
Damn, you are certainly creative
Remember how you used to do what if’s
Well, can you do a what if for Tangled
It’s a pretty sad one
What would Tangled the Series be like if Rapunzel lost Eugene for good?
What if he died and Rapunzel couldn’t save him, and she lost her powers for good?
Soul kind of disrupts the pixar theory as the land of the death in coco contradicts the great beyond in soul
Thank you for this video Isaac you're the best I mean that personally your so educated and they should hire you at Disney you would be a brilliant educator to those who seek knowledge anyway take care yourself 👍👍👍👍👍
Since there is no official Pixar Theory, I'm sad.
But it's fun to imagine, I suppose.
We have to accept it boo holds the Pixar theories
I am looking forward to all of the videos that are from Soul and the new Frozen 2 novel.
Yo this man got an Oswald plush in the background! He must be a true Disney fan!! Where did you get it? I'd love to have one of my own!^^
Finally someone that can make sense of this theory
This exact theory was in a video before this which connected soul the pixar theory which wasn't by Isaac carlson.
Terry must've really hated Jesus
So just by watching your video it made me think about the great beyond scene. As you watch the souls go they turn into like this little colored dots and then disappear. What if the great beyond is the person turning into an emotion and becomes part of another person on earth. So inside out.
