First time i get a knowledge Prophet Suleiman PBUH about making dua for Al Aqsa, subhanallah, may Allah give reward for every second you spend to spread Islam
Al Baqara 102:
And they followed what the devils used to read during the rule of Sulaiman (Solomon - peace and blessings be upon him); and Sulaiman did not disbelieve, but the devils disbelieved - they teach people magic; and that which was sent down to the two angels, Harut and Marut in Babylon; and the two (angels) never taught a thing to anyone until they used to say, “We are only a trial, therefore do not lose your faith” and they used to learn from them that by which they cause division between man and his wife; and they cannot harm anyone by it except by Allah’s command; and they learn what will harm them, not benefit them; and surely they know that whoever bargains for this will not have a share in the Hereafter; and for what an abject thing they have sold themselves; if only they knew!

the sun hardly rises and then it sets,
and it seems like a day is merely a moment
and the new moon hardly appears then it disappears
and it seems like a month is just a day
and a year hardly begins then it ends
and it seems like a year is just like a week
just like life, Ramadan passes by quickly
and it is leaving soon
such sweet sorrow to bid farewell to
thank you Shaykh Ali for all the
years and stories
lessons, reminders
and memories
i am learning a lot this Ramadan
and finding blessing in everything
Ibn Al-Qayyim writes: “If knowledge had a face,
it would have been more beautiful than
the shams wal qamar
(sun and the moon)”
i ask Allah to give you Jannah
and your family too
the one to greet us first in Paradise,
will be our Prophet
may the Almighty grant us all this honor

even as glad tidings come and go
the unwilled will that will
the world we know
years will break
yet our love for Gaza
maintains the tide below
our hearts are still troubled and restless
filled with bitter sorrow and unending grief
the thought of their suffering and homelessness
winning no reprieve
is bitter beyond words
time may pass
but sight of dying silhouettes remained
etched in memories
sadly haunting us, tormenting us
and all at once the air is water
and i’m drowning in this sea of indifference
desperate to swim up beyond cloudy skies to the stars above
for in God’s kindness
He will take delight in them
and banish their strife and sadness
for light is sown for the faultless
no good thing does He withhold
from those whose walk is blameless
Almighty, i beg for your mercy
you know the hopes of the helpless
hear their cries please
and comfort them with gladness
i want to make a wish Shaykh Ali
mostly a note to myself
let's all be smarter than folks were
thousands of years ago.
let's show our Creator
that we have evolved
that the sacrifices of the Prophets
did bring the changes needed
for a world of peace
no glamour in war
we were born to love

After being inspired by our Scheikh's lecture, I realized that another project that still need to be developped by us is "children literature on Palestine,El Quds, El Aqsa". It is extremely limited and in some languages inexistent. May Allah bless many of us to develop more literature for our children ya rab. May Allah make this ramadan a special and productive one for all of us and for our Ummah Ameen ya rab.
