4:38 #16 is only half correct. Niagra falls exists both in Canada and USA. Horseshoe Falls is on the border between USA and Canada, where American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls lie within New York State in the USA. The three falls make up Niagra Falls.
Some people phrase it like a trick question: "Which country borders the most countries in Europe". But Russia is a European country by most metrics despite having most of its territory in Asia. It’s like saying Denmark is an American country because Greenland is in North America. It’s just wrong.
@@jamesbowring9528 technically yes, but Greenland and New Zeland are complete nations located on islands. I guess I've always thought about Australia the same way.
Holland is a region (made up of 2 provinces: North and South Holland) within the country of The Netherlands. They are not interchangeable and it has never been correct to consider Holland a country
Australia is an island as well as a continent, and it's bigger than Greenland. Istanbul is in 2 continents, not 2 countries. Russia has more neighbouring countries than Germany and can be considered 'a European country' as a large part of it, including its capital city, is in Europe. If Cardiff counts as it's the capital city of a country that isn't UN recognised (Wales) then why can't Yokohama count as it's the capital city of its prefecture, which also isn't a UN recognised country? Folkestone is not a city. Niagara is on the USA/Canada border. Holland isn't the same as the Netherlands, it's a region of the Netherlands.
Australia is NOT an island! As regards "Holland" I agree with you, but generally speaking, the Netherlands is often referred to as Holland - here in Malaysia, where I live, most people, when asking where I am from, don't understand Netherlands, but understand Holland!
28 istanbul is two continents not countries
One country Turkey, 2 continents Europe and Asia.
Tripoli is a city in Lebanon and in Libya... Istanbul, though in two different continents is still in Turkey.

-2. Fairly easy, yet confusing quiz on a couple questions.
Nr. 27 is wrong. It is Russia
You are correct. I believe its a poorly worded question as Germany shares borders with the most European neighbors.....

Australia IS an island, also Niagra falls is in Canada and the US.
An island is a body of land surrounded by water, but smaller than a continent, making Oz not an island

In fairness, I thought the same up until about a yesr ago@@rogerweiland6384

Don't think Australia is an island..... 😇
