I think it'd be great if after such large projects you could do a flyover of the highlights of the village to show how good it looks when finished! Right now I'm kind off left wondering what it looks like
That is one cozy village! In general you make very colorful places, but thise place does feel even more so. Plus, now you have a lore reason why everywhere else has access to so many colors! :D

i love how not all your builds are entirely timelapses from far away. i wwatch builders on youtube to see the builds happen and in your videos i can even hear some of the thought process you have while building and it is so nice to listen to and definitly the main reason youre so inspirational to watch

Love the video fWhip, and this hardcore series is one of my favorites! Also, I had an idea about the village that you built over with the huge city, lol. My idea is make the old underneath village abandoned! You could make it look old with a bunch of cobwebs, and maybe the look of the abandoned village could have inspiration from the Hollow Knight underground city (So use deepslate, mossy cobblestone, moss, blue lanterns, etc)! Also, you could add villagers like the green ones, to show people still live underneath the city (if this is too serious then it's all good). I think this would add to the lore of the world, but also the city especially. Hopefully you see this, and let me know what you think!

it's so funny, i was literally admiring the final beauty shots of the village and thinking to myself "i wonder if he'll release a world download" and then you started talking about one! i'll have to check my budget :D i'm always a little in awe of how...off the cuff your buildings seem to be. i'm still at a point of having to plan every little detail in a creative world before i can commit to something in survival. not sure if that's how you do it and it just *looks* "effortless" but whatever you do, it's awesome!
i swear every time i watch one of your videos or participate in a livestream i always hear at least one song from a game ive played nonstop first it was subnautica, and now monster prom! its around 9:40-9:50 i think. truly amazing lol on a more related topic, this looks absolutely amazing! i aspire to one day be as good as you at building
Fwhip. I am happy that you are doing these builds. Honestly, this stuff has gone and inspired me to be a better builder in my Minecraft world. But.. We NEED to sort your shulker messes. And how to best clean them up. Which can be done by.. Building a giant warehouse meant for all your storage needs, and having a sorting system included in it. This will also include a Shulker unloader that will then funnel into the storage system.
@@fWhip Which is wonderful, still think a big warehouse auto sorting storage system would be quite the thing to add into the world. Could even have it be for the city you're working on and say its where they stored all the materials to build it. Which will be quite true in a way.
3,100 Days is roughly 8 years and a handful of months. Also, you should totally find a jungle temple and transform it with a village in those high trees :D
I love this world, and am so happy it survived the hard drive incident, Ive lost too many that way as well. I just hope the building with fWhip world survived, that world was what gave me so much inspiration a few years ago, and while I know you won't be making any videos on it, it would be a shame for this to be its death.

i have a couple of ideas for what you could do in the world if you need a little help: 1. make a proper entrance for your underground city 2. Make a bunch of automated farms of things that you need 3.create a massive Temple or Museum and collect everything in the game as a little achievement for the world and yourself(it would be very tedious to do it , maybe a couple of streams of you collecting stuff and hanging with chat or something) 4. Make a big storage system for all of the items and bulk storage 5.Make a couple of themed builds(space themed, modern themed, royal themed, theme park themed,etc.) (mainly for you especially with this one because you can experiment and dabble into different styles that you normally dont build in) But on a side note, I am absolutely loving the world so far, keep the grind up always, and i hope you dont die and cant wait to see you build even more. And as always stay safe and take your time.

i think it would be cool if you added small stalls outside villages because the villages youre building remind me of France and in France i see a lot of those abandoned stalls just kinda there. Like they are kinda broken so maybe you could add sideways stairs to the walls to make some holes to make it a little more abandonded
You have a village on top a village. Y’all should turn that into an underground market :). No one ever makes the sewers that would be under most towns. And that’s where the alternative markets exist.
instead of creating a shulker monster during each build, maybe consider a wagon / wagon train to store them in, adding some more life to each build as you go in an organic way.

His bones were weak, and there's parents didn’t allowed him to go play with the other kids, they barely let him go outside. The other kids were afraid of him because he was pale. His name was Steven but everyone called him Light. He was lonely but Jake tried to cheer him up by gave him outside stuff like rocks and leaves. But he didn’t realized that this made him even more sad. At Steven's 16 birthday Jak convent their parents to let Steven get out of the house. “I have a surprise for you” he said to steven “I’m gonna get you out of the house” steven face was sad. “Come on light, let's do it”. “Fine,” he said. “Let's do it”. “there are so many things I need to show you” said Jak “but I think we will start with the Forest”. Fine said Steven.They walked half an hour before they realized that they were lost. “Let's keep walk and maybe we will find the path,” said Jak. Steven didn’t answer. If you are ever bored of adding more fields to your world each episode, or you think there's enough fields consider maybe making the tree slightly larger every episode (like adding more leaves and stuff?) i think that could be cool.

Ruins big YES! but I like to think of the lore in this world as a place that purely fights against the minecraft monsters.. but the civilizations I create all work together and trade materials back and forth :)

you should start a creative series where you scale up all the projects so the typical 'small house' is 2-3 stories and somewhere around 25x25, just think it could be an interesting way to push your creativity without the time restraints of resource gathering
Pretty good for a 30th episode of the current survival world since a couple of Minecraft youtubers works on various seeds does make for some lore building for my media multiverse

If you ever find a desert area, you should try a Egyptian or Arabian city with houses stacked on top of each other, connected by bridges, balconies and raised roads. You could take inspiration from games like ac origins
This is my favourite thing to do in minecraft. I want to make the world feel full and populated so I either revamp a village or start a new one by painstakingly moving villagers across. Eventually it turns into a town with a castle and palisade walls surrounding the town with farms surrounding the outside and pathways headed to other settlements. Since I usually play modded minecraft, I make sure there are villager guards around or an iron golem. As far as I'm concerned, all villagers must be free and well-protected. I don't condodne your enslavement of skilled villagers in the past videos.
Hey Fwip, just for a recommendation, you should use moss and bone meal, it might be a little more resources, but its still really good! (P.S congrats on 30 eps!)
I really want to take on a village build like this in my survival world but my question is: Do you plan out/build all the different houses in a creative test world or do you just make it up as you go along? It really seems like they are all planned and built already then its just sort of copy and pasting into the survival world. I always just have so much trouble with choosing colour palates and overall shapes of the houses. Especially as someone who doesn't have a lot of free time, I spend most of it attempting a build then destroying it when it inevitably looks bad lol. Any tips on building like you do in this series?

it's in-game days, so 10-20 minutes depending on if he sleeps (which he does a lot)

you should start a creative series where you scale up all the projects so the typical 'small house' is 2-3 stories and somewhere around 25x25, just think it could be an interesting way to push your creativity without the time restraints of resource gathering

If you ever find a desert area, you should try a Egyptian or Arabian city with houses stacked on top of each other, connected by bridges, balconies and raised roads. You could take inspiration from games like ac origins

This is my favourite thing to do in minecraft. I want to make the world feel full and populated so I either revamp a village or start a new one by painstakingly moving villagers across. Eventually it turns into a town with a castle and palisade walls surrounding the town with farms surrounding the outside and pathways headed to other settlements. Since I usually play modded minecraft, I make sure there are villager guards around or an iron golem.
As far as I'm concerned, all villagers must be free and well-protected. I don't condodne your enslavement of skilled villagers in the past videos.

Hey Fwip, just for a recommendation, you should use moss and bone meal, it might be a little more resources, but its still really good! (P.S congrats on 30 eps!)

I really want to take on a village build like this in my survival world but my question is: Do you plan out/build all the different houses in a creative test world or do you just make it up as you go along? It really seems like they are all planned and built already then its just sort of copy and pasting into the survival world. I always just have so much trouble with choosing colour palates and overall shapes of the houses. Especially as someone who doesn't have a lot of free time, I spend most of it attempting a build then destroying it when it inevitably looks bad lol. Any tips on building like you do in this series?
