I was wondering what % of fry from a single batch survives after 1st week ?

Generally with me about 90 % makes it to adult age, but that all depends on how well you keep up with the maintenance etc. and also feedings

The male is a half black angel because the young u showed at the end of the video are Goldmarble half black ghost angels. The female is a koi genectics is a Gm/g S/S while the male is a half black us +/+ hb/hb so your young genectics are Gm/+ S/+ hb/+
S=Stripeless having 2 copies like the female koi u have will result the fish not having stripes and developing yellow , orange and red colour but having one copy will only remove stripes and won't add colour
+= Nothing special just regular wild angel
Gm=Goldmarble a fish with one copy will have a lighter and brighter colour while the one with 2 will have darker colours
g=Gold just a genectics that gives of yellow colour but this genectics is always less dominant it only becomes dominant with 2 copies like : g/g while g/+ is not dominant
hb=Halfblack half of the angelfish body Is covered with black this genectics is less dominant than Gm but more dominant than g so this is like an in between genetic
So despite your female koi having the Stripeless genectics she doesn't have 2 copies of Gm instead having Gm/g so the Halfblack counter the g so your fish are Gm/hb S/+

Is there a site where we can learn these genetics for angels in general?

These sites might help, angelfins.ca/index.php?main_page=genetics_calculator and angelsplus.com/pages/angelfish-genetics
