Sitting in a rocking chair in the dark, next to my Mom's bed in her room. She has dementia now for 9 years and is now coming into the final leg of her journey. Music has been her life. A classically train vocalist and pianist, she also taught music to thousands of children over the course of her life as a school teacher. As I type this she is releasing into a deep sleep with gentle snores..... this ... and the music coming from my phone here is what soothes our souls. I had Achilles tendon surgery yesterday. Am in the hospital and then to rehab. Every two hours or so someone comes in my room (blood draw, meds, etc. ) listening to this channel may not help me get to sleep, but it does help me relax! Good night all. My father loved classical music he passed 18 months ago from Parkinson’s and Lew Body Dementia. I inherited his love of classical music. When I am stressed, depressed or thinking about him this is my calming down music. Also wonderful for sleeping or walking in the rain wrapped up warmly

i hope you read this. i left an abusive relationship little over a year ago and am much better for it. i thought i could read people better than that, but he treated me so well in the beginning so i thought he a good guy. what a joke on me he never hit me , just called me horrible things and mentally emosionally beat me down constantly. he had me beleving that my family hated me and tried to get me to do some awful things! he also made me feel bad for him. i finally gave him an ultimatom if ever did anything to me again that iwould leave him. two days later he started up again so i was out the door! i went to be with my daughter and he called me. asked me when i was coming home! isaid never! you should have heard him blow up! my daughter heard the whole conversation and we both laughed so hard. he called once more to ask for money. what a total jerk! i told my daughter to change her number but she said it didn’t bother her. i still wish shewould. i have my own cell phone and he has no idea. well enough of my world. thanyou so very much for your encouragement, i hope this life is bringing you much happiness! love you cindy

I'm playing this because my dog has been having nightmares tonight as she is growling and whimpering and breathing roughly , she woke up a few times while I was on my game so I hoped off and looked up what can help my dog nightmares or something like that and it said classical music she is now sleeping a lot better as her breathing got calmer and she is sleeping really quiet. [she has separation anxiety ] so thank you to the person who made this my dog was able to sleep peacefully

When my 16 year service dog was in his final journey, to bring his comfort, I would play classical piano music to help in sleep at night. He was in so much pain that it seem this and CBD oil were the only things that have him rest. He passed on April 1st, 2021. My Ziggy went home. He was a Chow. Best service dog and friend I ever had!!

My 6 week old daughter was born poorly and had feeding issues so the hospital recommended a pacifier/dummy in her treatment course to help her sucking muscles.. Now she's all better she's a little too stuck-on her pacifier/dummy and cries without it, trying to help her go without it increasingly and this music helps soothe her in part (along with the usual singing/rocking/toys/love and kisses). But reality is when they are gone it's too late. The size of a person cannot be measured until they are gone! Mom died and nothing physical in the home changed. However, the house changed; the energy shifted. The house is so much larger now. Empty. Dad is alone. Her piano. Is quiet.

When I was little, my mom would play classical music CDs for me every night to help me sleep. I’ve always had issues falling asleep, and as I got older it developed into insomnia. Classical music doesn’t help me as much as it used to, but I still hold the memory dear, and sometimes when I know I won’t be able to sleep, I play some just to reminisce and relax. I know this playist says it's for sleeping, but it helps me so much when I study. For some reason, it helps me focus, and that has been monumental. It just soothes my mind and keeps my subconscious from wandering. Those disruptive thoughts are held at bay. I can't appreciate this collection of music and they who put it together enough. My father passed away several years ago and we were not very close but my father loved classical music. He would listen to his music often and would tell me how amazing it sounded and I think it gave him peace in his otherwise traumatic life. Anyways after his passing my son who didn't know grandpa all that well because my son was to young started requesting classical music to fall asleep to not knowing that was my father's favorite music. I was blown away and told my son that his grandpa loved this music and would be thrilled if he knew his grandson was enjoying this music as well. Anyways just wanted to share this because this music reminds me of my son and my dad. And that holds a special place in my heart.

I have really bad sleep insomnia meaning no medicine worked and my anxiety just overpowered it. I tried everything multiple cups of tea, melatonin, even other classical musics but this playlist just hits different and I fall asleep and it never fails to relax me from my thoughts. I always put this on when I take a nap on the sofa with our dog in the living room. It was a ritual of sorts for us, with Clair de Lune being a sort of signal that it's time for sleep. We said goodbye to him last week and had this playing while waiting for the sedatives to take effect. I'll never forget all the good naps we've had to this playlist, up until the very last one.

My father loved classical music he passed 18 months ago from Parkinson’s and Lew Body Dementia. I inherited his love of classical music. When I am stressed, depressed or thinking about him this is my calming down music. Also wonderful for sleeping or walking in the rain wrapped up warmly

i hope you read this. i left an abusive relationship little over a year ago and
am much better for it. i thought i could read people better than that, but he treated me so well in the beginning so i thought he a good guy. what a joke on me he never hit me , just called me horrible things and mentally emosionally beat me down constantly. he had me beleving that my family hated me and tried to get me to do some awful things! he also made me feel bad for him. i finally gave him an ultimatom if ever did anything to me again that iwould leave him. two days later he started up again so i was out the door! i went to be with my daughter and he called me. asked me when i was coming home! isaid never! you should have heard him blow up! my daughter heard the whole conversation and we both laughed so hard. he called once more to ask for money. what a total jerk! i told my daughter to change her number but she said it didn’t bother her. i still wish shewould. i have my own cell phone and he has no idea. well enough of my world. thanyou so very much for your encouragement, i hope this life is bringing you much happiness! love you cindy

I'm playing this because my dog has been having nightmares tonight as she is growling and whimpering and breathing roughly , she woke up a few times while I was on my game so I hoped off and looked up what can help my dog nightmares or something like that and it said classical music she is now sleeping a lot better as her breathing got calmer and she is sleeping really quiet. [she has separation anxiety ]

When my 16 year service dog was in his final journey, to bring his comfort, I would play classical piano music to help in sleep at night. He was in so much pain that it seem this and CBD oil were the only things that have him rest. He passed on April 1st, 2021. My Ziggy went home. He was a Chow. Best service dog and friend I ever had!!
I read once in an expert journal that dogs don’t dream, similar to the one that said they can’t see what’s on the TV screen. Scientists may have put an American flag on the moon six times but they have some real shortcomings when it comes to dogs.

My 6 week old daughter was born poorly and had feeding issues so the hospital recommended a pacifier/dummy in her treatment course to help her sucking muscles.. Now she's all better she's a little too stuck-on her pacifier/dummy and cries without it, trying to help her go without it increasingly and this music helps soothe her in part (along with the usual singing/rocking/toys/love and kisses). Thankyou for helping little Freya.. 🌈

This is honestly something I stumbled upon, most nights I cannot sleep, but if ever feel the need to, I may listen for an hour maybe less. But this set always puts me to sleep and keeps me asleep. When I was little, my mom would play classical music CDs for me every night to help me sleep. I’ve always had issues falling asleep, and as I got older it developed into insomnia. Classical music doesn’t help me as much as it used to, but I still hold the memory dear, and sometimes when I know I won’t be able to sleep, I play some just to reminisce and relax. I know this playist says it's for sleeping, but it helps me so much when I study. For some reason, it helps me focus, and that has been monumental. My father passed away several years ago and we were not very close but my father loved classical music. He would listen to his music often and would tell me how amazing it sounded and I think it gave him peace in his otherwise traumatic life. Anyways after his passing my son who didn't know grandpa all that well because my son was to young started requesting classical music to fall asleep to not knowing that was my father's favorite music. I was blown away and told my son that his grandpa loved this music and would be thrilled if he knew his grandson was enjoying this music as well. Anyways just wanted to share this because this music reminds me of my son and my dad. And that holds a special place in my heart.

Man this is just spot on! The first song I just want to say that I really hope I get to learn it on my harp cause it is just beautiful! I just love all this music and classical music just hits me in a different way than any other music. This is really special to hear from a 14 year old. I have really bad sleep insomnia meaning no medicine worked and my anxiety just overpowered it. I tried everything multiple cups of tea, melatonin, even other classical musics but this playlist just hits different and I fall asleep and it never fails to relax me from my thoughts. I’m doing way better focusing as a student now instead of dosing off due to the lack of sleep I had before!! Life changer 💗

I love to listen to this on my phone laying down by my wife's side with our little dog next to us while playing a rain relaxation video on our flat screen absolutely soothing.I joke around and call us the bed heads because there's no place I'd rather be then here enjoying these moments.The best things in Life are the simple ones, Love, companionship, music and rain "prayers & peace to Everyone out there who's pursuits are driven by kindness, compassion and upliftment to all 👩❤️👨🐶

Thank you for this beautiful recording. I grew up listening to and appreciating classical music having a mother who was a trained classical pianist. I also was fortunate to have had piano and ballet lessons from an early age which stopped when I started high school, unfortunately. But my love for classical music has never stopped.

Thank you to who ever wrote this. Grief is hell especially when it's a husband 45 years. Only love of my life taken in a few short days by brain cancer. I do so miss every moment laugh smile wink call kiss dream plan for future holding hands everyday right up till moment you flew from arms. Now 3rd anniversary and sleeping is still so hard. It's kinda late in the night and I'm now going to sleep I gotta take some rest, I have taken a tough decision of my life and now things were getting a little difficult for me because I have to be consistently studying for several hours on end....today was a wonderful day indeed but my study hours were not upto the mark so I'm going to give it my all tomorrow.... tomorrow it will be my day and I will grind it to develop the habit of studying and to solve as many problems as I can, everything will fall into place and I will achieve all my goals....the start might not be what I expect ut to be but the end will definitely be what I desire....lots of love and blessings to everyone who's out there grinding for their dreams, you've got it and I'm sure that you will make it happen everything's going to be your way just have faith in it.
