We recently had two members who've reported to us that they landed business analysts roles. When starting a new role at a different organization, you can take some steps to get yourself ramped up quickly and start building good relationships with your stakeholders from day one.
In this video, I answer a question from the Q&A Backlog when one of our members had asked when they were starting their new role.

Thanks for the suggestion. Great points, this could really make a difference for a BA jumping on to new org. Additionally I just wanted to clarify, is it better to ask dev architect such questions or directly to developers ? Coz most often than not they might have different opinions and then that discussion won't end up in good result ? Thoughts ?
Love watching ur videos that explain BA stuff in very clear and crisp manner. Keep going ! Good luck 👍

Ideally, you'd want to ask the developers that you're going to be working most closely with. And you have may have to ask this question again when you're on a new project in the same organization.
