It is no longer the best figher jet, a new one has been created by the same creator. This plane is called the KJ Raiju and it is capable of over mach 1. A bit lacky on turning so you'll have to do a few loops to shoot down fighters, it is armed with close and long range missiles as well as other pylons such as bombs.

One of my favorite heavy fighters. BTW... Though a F-18 can take it out pretty quickly. In proper flight simulators, the Flanker absolutely slaps.
