I sympathise with your neck pain mate! I fell off the wall a few weeks ago, landed upside down in the field 🤦‍♂️ but the next day my neck was in agony, still isn't right now...but I found it much better to get out and about and do stuff, even if it was just a walk out, rather than sit still all day. Kept it moving throughout the day, did have pain through the night and when waking up, but wasn't as bad once I was up and about 👍💪

Thats exactly whats happening to me mate. Actually getting out and about kills the pain better than painkillers but in the morning its hell. Part of me does feel like I deserve some pain in my life after having so many years seeking easy pleasure through taking drugs. 💪

I've done the same. I found if I took off weight of my head. Or maybe just touch the head to make it stable, I found if it didn't move it didn't hurt. Strange I just supported the head sometimes with my fingers.

Rah Marcus all we’re getting is excuses and credible accountability 😆 nah only messing mate, at least your turning your attention to something you can do with your time indoors. And get on this going through the hellish pain phases with my cancer I was on the strongest pain medication out there and all I wanted to do was get off them to most addicts it sounds like heaven being out of it all the time but it was not at all and gave me even more awareness around using pain relief carefully and do I really need it or is my addict brain tempting me to take medication I no longer need. And don’t be too harsh on yourself 👊🏼

For us addicts I feel its best to stay away from all pharmaceutical drugs BUT in reality thats not always possible unfortunately. 💪
