K&ESR 50th Anniversary Gala, 1 June 2024

Video compilation from the first day of the K&ESR Anniversary gala. By good fortune I managed to see the anniversary re-opening re-enactment VIP train arrive at Northiam, get on the first bus to Roberstbridge, and more importantly get on the bus back after a short ride behind the newly repainted and named 73128, and 70000 'Britannia' so that I could spend most of the rest of the day riding on and videoing the Vintage and Maunsell coaches. The gala featured recently arrived BR Standard 4 76017 and SR U-class 31806 visiting from the Swanage Railway, joining various locos from the home fleet, running on the main section of the K&ESR.
