Thanks for the feedback Allan. I really hope it inspires you in your own work - what a inspirational catalogue you've already created. Keep going! All the best.
Hi Stewart, I am watching and learning a lot from your videos. Thank you for uploading real good videos. I have a Casio CTX 9000 In keyboard. I request you to upload few videos that demonstrate how to program Guitar based Waltz, R&R, swing, Bosa Nova etc. Thank you in advance. Bala
Hi Stewart congrats on the instructional videos. I wanted to ask you, to simulate guitar strumming just use the C chord as if you were playing a piano in case you want to create my own rhythm

You just need a stereo mini-jack cable. One end plugs into your phone headphone socket and the other end into AUDIO IN on the back of the keyboard, then any sound from the phone will come through the keyboard speakers. Adjust the volume on your phone to get a good mix between the keyboard sound and the phone. You can also save .wav files onto a USB memory stick and play those through the keyboard. I hope that helps. All the best with your music. 😎
Hi Stewart, thank you for sharing always usefull videos. Have you tried the VST tones in the guitar category? They contains a lot of string noises for a more realistic guitar sound. I don't know how to use them to make a realistic guitar pattern. Do you?
I find them a bit of pain and counter intuitive to be honest. Some of the steel guitars (119, 120 & 121) have some guitar effects if you transpose the keyboard down two octaves. Again, I don't really find them useful, but maybe they would sound better in context.
Hello mr. Wallace, I was wondering how you have the setting that shows you what chords you are playing on the screen of the piano. My piano doesn’t show it for me, if you know what setting it is can you please tell me? (Casio ct-x3000)
Hi Roger. Have you pressed the ACCOMP button, which generates the parts the keyboard produces based on your left hand chords ( you can also set it to full keyboard)? You should then see the chord names appear on the left hand side of the display on the keyboard. I hope that answers your question. All the best.
Hola. Buenas tardes. Tengo que hacer los subtitulos en español ahora. Estudio español con Duolingo hace dos anõs, y mi hija estudió en la universidad y trabajó en Madrid. ¡Pero este es una traducción de Google!
Hi Mark, I think what you're after is to mess around with the pattern elements? One method might be to save your different mixes into several adjacent registration button. For instance, if I wanted to build up the backing, starting with drums and bass, I would mute the other elements, and save it to a registration button. Then I would unmute another element, and save that one to the next registration button. And so on. That way, from a single pattern, I'm building up the texture and level. I hope that helps!
If you send me an email I will see if I can help you - not a problem. The address is keyboards.4.all followed by "at_gmail_dot_com" I've had some mixed results with the pads - it's not obvious what the settings do, but once you get the hang of it, they can be a really useful feature. I made a video on the phrase pads here: ruclips.net/video/DBRctD3RkDU/видео.html and also an example improvisation here: ruclips.net/video/lNbdfZmbmoU/видео.html I hope that helps. 😎
Brilliant and so useful for producing the backing needed.
