No Flour Low Carb Brownies | Keto, Easy To Make.

- These no flour low carb brownies are easy to make. We usually use almond flour or coconut flour in our low carb desserts, but decided to make these brownies without any flour. They came out great!
We used 2/3 cup of sweetener, but if you like your brownies a bit sweeter use 1 cup of your sweetener of choice.
Xanthan gum was added to keep these low carb brownies together, however you could do the recipe without it. We used 5 eggs instead of 3 eggs when we didn’t use the Xanthan gum.

Ingredients for no flour low carb brownies:
* 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter
* Bag of Lilly’s semi-sweet chocolate chips: 255 grams
* 2/3 cup low carb sweetener
* 3 eggs
* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
* 3 tbsp cocoa powder
* 2 tbsp Xanthan Gum
* 1/4 tsp of salt
* 1 tsp of instant coffee
