I agree with one of your viewers that you have an amazing hostas garden. Sometimes it is simply perfect not to have too much color but just foliage colors. They are very tranquil and peaceful to look at. I would not necessarily want to add more colors. They are just as perfect as they are. Great garden! Thanks for sharing your love of passion.

Oh my goodness. I watch a lot of garden channels and I must say that this is one of the prettiest gardens I 've ever seen. It is spectacular . It looks like a full time job. Well my favorite is your Bob's and the Hosta garden. Great job and thanks for sharing.

You have a beautiful soft composition of flowering plants . I especially liked the area right around your dry pond , both beds bordered by your deep pink sunpatiens . The plants next to each other are very lush and remind me of some beautiful English cottage gardens that I’ve seen🌿

I have taken about 3 walks through the garden so far.I am a retired R.N. now I love the low stress after working my last 9 years on burns and trauma. Lost my husband about 4 months ago so this really helps. I enjoy gardening to. Wow the garden of Eden could have looked like yours

Wow, just a wonderful garden. I loved seeing that it was a huge backyard space as supposed to separate larger areas throughout the house or properties that have just been united. Your garden makes it very simple to envision turning a sizable backyard into a garden that has just been made into smaller designated gardens, if that makes sense. Loved everything, specially the hydrangeas and the Hosta garden; that one was very cool, considering I have a hard time coordinating Hostas. Thank you so much for sharing.

I enjoyed the garden tour. I had a water garden and was really getting tired of the yucky labor. My neighbor's son pushed a bunch of boulders into it. His mother made him remove them. I relocated my stones to another area and had my husband fill it in. I don't miss it.
They really are a lot of work...

I want to share, Every year for years as my Astilbe looses it's color I simple take a paper plate or newspaper to hold behind each bloom and I spray paint the green past blooms. So far I find light pink is the best but I am hoping to try some Christmas flocking for a fuller look. Another addition for a filler that bloom summer to fall is Calamintha Nepeta if it spreads it spreads in clumps to easily move. Also. on your pond, go to a feed store and pick up a small "Barley Ball" it will last you a couple years of clear maintenance free water. Thank you for sharing your beautiful gardens! Your hostas are so beautiful, and so are your lilacs. I am a huge fan of variegated plants, I think they add a little sass and class to flowerbeds. I love your garden, it's gorgeous!

Hi Heidi! I absolutely love your longer garden tour videos. Your garden is A+ especially the hydrangeas... vincas would be a nice pop of low maintenance color (for your sunny spot)that gives you a fantastic show all season long. They are annuals but they reseed in my garden (NJ) hundreds of them every year and I love it. What’s not to love about free flowers 💐

Your gardens are just beautiful! You gave me some ideas for my garden as well. I think your hosta garden is just perfect the way it is. It gives your eyes a rest from the other areas that are filled with blooms. The different shades of greens are very interesting.

Many of the Bobo are about 5 years old. Alot of the pink ones by the house are only 2-3 years old.
Your garden is just so pretty. Absolutely love your choices. So colorful and fun with just the perfect amount of peaceful to it. Unfortunately I have such a brown thumb now that I’m getting near 70, but still love beautifully kept gardens. Thank you for sharing.

Who looks after all of this? It's impossible to grow such beauty gurden by yourself. So much work ... Well, you are just a great fellow. Love everything.
My husband Rod is the main caretaker, and we have 3 teenagers that also help out. We do have a gardener that comes in the spring and fall that helps trim plants back since those are our busy times at the Garden Center.

Beautiful garden. Lots of work and up keep. I bet your neighbors love having you around. I use to have a garden kinda of like this, then we had to move. The people that bought the house let the garden go now it’s a sad sight. It took me 15 years to plant.
Ugh... thats so frustrating when that happens. Some people are just not gardeners 😕 and they do take a lot of work to keep them beautiful!

I was actually salivating with delight because It was so breathtakingly beautiful with so many of my favorite plants! I'm so in love with Bobo Hydrangeas! I like the other hydrangeas, too but Bobo is my favorite! I'm going back and watch the video again because it was so inspirational and gave me a lot of ideas for my yard. I just moved to this house in Lexington, KY (in zone 6) last year. I have done a little landscaping, but plan on doing more this year inspired with ideas from your yard! Thank you so much for naming, giving the height, width, and the directional location of the plants. I would love to see a video on your pruning, and fertilizing the plants, too. I’m typically not a fan of Hostas, but your Hosta grouping is just gorgeous. Surprisingly my favorites part of the tour.
I used to not like hosta either, I was used to all one kind. But now that we mixed them all up I like the look better.
New subscriber. Your gardens are so lovely. It made me smile to hear you say you get "greedy" for more plants etc. in your garden. I look at all that grass and think I would have a hard time not putting in more and more flower beds if I could make it look like your other beds. Your hard work is paying off. Love it!! So yes, more tours would be great.
