We got a report call for help a heartbreaking family dog who was tied by steel chained. When we come to there for help, my heart breaking, all family are 5 member terrified shaking! That dog we called dog number 3, he's terrified shaking and try to hide in the corner. We know that the owner raise this family for money and will sell to Animal Market. I didn't know what happend to them but it seem they all terrified to human. There are no clear foods and water there.
