I can’t tell you how many times I’ve bought things just because they were cheap & I kinda liked them. But those have always been the items about which I’ve had buyer’s remorse; not the investment pieces that I absolutely love & wear over & over!

I honestly like realistic thrift with me‘s a lot better than gigantic hauls. Being thoughtful with my wardrobe is something I have been trying to do for a while and it’s just so much better only owning clothes you truly love and wear ☺️

Yeah it’s still weird even going but they cut people off once it hits a certain number of people in the store which is nice so then there’s no way for overcrowding!

its so refreshing to watch a video from a thrift channel where you only buy things youll actually wear!!!! i watch lots of thrift videos and the overconsumption can make me feel really uncomfortable at times, some thrift youtubers seem to be borderline hoarders and its really uncomfortable and off putting hearing them say “i know i dont need this but im getting it anyway” about several items in every single video.
my personal opinion is that i just want to see what cool stuff you find in the thrift store, and you absolutely dont need to buy things to show us! id actually love to see videos such as “finding the WEIRDEST/most unique/oldest items in the thrift store” or something similar, and those videos dont require you to buy anything, just to look around and do some digging!

I went to seven different thrift stores yesterday and only found one thing that I truly loved. But that’s okay, sometimes less is more and it makes me appreciate the items more when I find them and also the items I already have. Both of the items you found are great staples and definite gems!

I’m the exact opposite in that I have VERY little colorful clothing (mostly black, whoops 🤣)...but I like to live vicariously through others because it means the weather is getting nicer! It’s been in the 50s here in Chicago and people are in shorts. 💀

I live in southern indiana wear the changes constantly I mean dressing for winter is near impossible you could be needing a coat for 10 minutes and then the next 10 minutes you'll be wanting a t-shirt you learn to get by with sweatpants, and a hoodie, and in the summer it's either hot and wet or hot and the sirens are going off for severe weather
