Hi Juby, I can totally relate. I now find myself in this space and have been for a while now, as two of our three children are now adults and our daughter is now 13. I find I am needed way less, with way more free time on my hands, which feels alien to me right now. I am allowing myselft to sit with the sadness and discomfort of the Mum I was and try to grow into the mum they need me to be in this season of their life. It's time to find out what Lisa the person would like her next season of life to feel and look like. Much love from the UK

I understand your somberness as well. It’s that season, we are moving into hibernation. It’s okay to become like a bear 🐻 and be gentle with ourselves if we don’t feel great. It is a good time for us to allow the depressed moods and even the insomnia that keeps us up reflecting. I have learned that when I become my own best friend in these times… I don’t fight it and it feels okay ❤

They decided the house wasn’t right for them months back so they have to continue to fix it up so they can sell it. They aren’t flippers. They need to get out of it what they put into it basically.

Being crafty can help. When you had the Red Pepper on the road...life was fun& good,but we grow& you have become a different type of good person& more settled.
