This series is a roller coaster, I won 3 races in a row and then got absolutely SHUNNED TO THE SHADOW REAL for 5 races in a row

I feel like that is the case with most of the lower license open wheel series. It might be better in higher splits, but with how touchy some of these cars can be and how delicate they are… I find it to feel like a bit of a gamble. It’s rough because I consciously try to avoid sketchy situations, only to have someone divebomb into the side of my car while I’m being slowed down by someone in front of me.
That last corner is a pain in the ass. I've struggled with it all week too. These cars give great racing as long as youre in with the right guys.
Agreed. Some real good bunch of guys ove cone across but as plays there are some to already keep and eye out for 👀

Tip around the penalties, at the bottom of the Results page is an "Event Log" which tells you all the major race control events, like "Lead Change", "Penalty Applied", or "Penalty Cleared" (amongst other things). Car #14 was given a Post Race Penalty of 35 seconds, which I assume is what dropped them behind you.

Combinaton of the first week of the license split and a lot of F4 warriors I think lol
Had an amazing race in 3.9k top split. Finished 4th with a driver over 10k irating... most points ive ever gotten for 1 race 208. The fixed high downforce set is super forgiving, hard to throw it down the road yourself

The start was something😂 but good battles toward the end and a great last minute move there.

this series is causing me stress .. im easily top 5 in all my splits .. then people are just sending it from way too far and taking me out . soooo frustrating . worst part is that they continue on and I’m out of the race
Ah man that's unfortunate. It is only week 1 tho and Road America has always invited the senders. Hock next week won't be much better but the shorter twisty tracks will be interesting
Same man, qualified P2, made P1 by turn 3, and got taken out in 5 by P5 coming in up my ass from super far back. So far, i think i've gotten a P2, P3, and 6 DNFs from people wrecking.

Most people in this series don’t have a brake so when you see an incident it’s full throttle ahead…. Complete chaos from rookie to a license
its a wild combo, top split is shockingly hard, but i think i havent figured out how to leverage the rear yet.
but i've had some of the best racing ive had in a while in this car. draft is insane
I love the SFL. But a lot of bad luck. IDK if it's the SFL-Road America combo that encourages for some behaviors but yeah... quite difficult at times. Great car though.
Formula SR is suffering greatly right now.
First week of license split and the track combo doest help. It's a very drafty car so it just invites sends particularly at this track
Wouldnt the incident @35:00 be a racing incident, or even yellows fault? Looks like he was squeezing and heading to the edge of the track. If red doesnt turn like he did, yello was sending him to into the rocks
Looks a lot of fun tbh. I wish F1 would go back to a lot smaller cars. But how come there's no radar in this game? Could help with all the incidents.

Every time i try it in 5th i mess up my run out of it and end up losing time on exit, ill have to go back and re-evaluate lmao

That was definitely Jesse's fault. The car he was passing was side by side the whole time. Jesse didn't leave any room on the exit.
I have to disagree, the track on the exit actually extends to the black curbing and Jesse is staying within the white line. The car behind, if you look at his trajectory is moving away from that kerbing and the white line at point of contact. I wasn't a fan of the way Jesse was driving but I don't think he is to blame for that incident. Definitely just a racing incident tho and not protestable

What the hell was up with the number 9 car?? He’s driving like an idiot then he’s glitching all over the place and going super fast??
The glitching was very bizarre, probably just ping but still odd. He was clearly a quick driver and then super frustrated that he spun on his own from P2, but as I said driving like he was often ends up with you not finishing the race
Idk why people think they can win on the first lap because any race I've been doing for the past 2 weeks I've gotten divebombed 5 times in one lap

All formula series are horrible. Two of the F4 races been taken out by people turning into me on the apex, or missing their braking marker
Get good
