I remember watching Penix on Saturdays thinking to myself how I would excited to see the Vikings draft him.

His only knock is his injuries. Acl's are scary deals
He’s a great QB- I think the shoulder and knee injuries are making teams hesitate- as a Patriots fan I wouldn’t mind if we grabbed him, but unfortunately I don’t think that will happen

With penix you have to have a contingency plan if scared anout injuries

I totally agree. I think he will be the sleeper of this draft and become a successful NFL QB.
Don't understand how his stock has fell so much since the college season ended . If I'm the vikings I'm staying at 11 & taking penix over the rumor of giving up multiple 1sts to take Mccarthy. Injury history probably why he won't go top 5 but he's easily a top 4 qb in this class someone will draft him late round 1 & get a steal . Won't be shocked when in 5 years he's the 2nd best qb from this class & guys like nix,Mccarthy don't even sign extensions with teams that draft them .
