Thank you for the kind words! I appreciate you watching, even if 28:28 was a bit of a rough patch it looked worse due to the lighting. Your feedback means a lot!
@@rpsspain1966thanks. I recently replaced the front wheel bearing on our A-Class W169. The outer race was stuck in the steering knuckle. Unfortunately my 10 ton press wasn’t enough. The B-Class arrangement looks the same
Really shitty design with that brake shield. Had my bearing done by some mechanic down the street. Did a good job but it seems like the brake disk has come loose. It really should be bolted in. To punch it back into place now, with everything assembled, is tough. Any recommendations on how I can get it in nicely without having to disassemble all of it? It's making a horribly scratching noise against the rotor, and frankly I've had enough of it lol.
Good video! But 28:28 hurt me abit

I usually start with the small press and if that is not enough I use the large press.
take the bearing and stick it in the freezer for a little, that sucker will drop right in .

When I replaced the bearing on our A-Class the installation was a breeze. The removal was the problem.

Brake disc cannot be loose, its held by Lug nuts of the wheel, it has some torx screw just to hold it into the hub...
@@kalas1988 I am talking about the splash shield. The protective shield behind the brake disc.
Talking about the brake disc shield not the disc itself.
@@rpsspain1966 Yes, I meant to say the brake disc shield has come loose. Not the brake disc itself.
@@peterfitopoulos765bend it it's sheet metal . or if your lazy take a breaker bar and a hammer and do it through the wheel spokes done that too
