Girl: Hiro can you give me your biggest razor clam😏
Hiro: "Good Afternoon"
Haaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Razor clams are goooood. My mom would cook them with garlic and shallots and they’re some of the best clams I’ve had.
I just came back from fishing for giant tiger shrimp and when I brought them home I realised some were still alive so I put them in my marine tank and they were happily swimming around but then I couldn't resist not eating them so I scooped them back out and put them in the fridge for tomorrows dinner lol
what the fuck, lol
Lmao
Bru
Savage
Horrible lmao
I'm not sure if music playing in the background is a new thing but I like it. Please keep the music at the same volume relative to the audio from filming. Right now the music is perfect but any more or any less and it would detract from the value it provides.
TZABoTfA I absolutely agree. The music is perfect right now!

Wow, Mr. Hiro you look so young. And thank you for sharing your recipe. Beautiful job and recipe. Arigato 😎👍
Hi hiro & cameraman! In Spain is quite typical seafood. We make the same way, on a grill or pan, but with garlic, olive oil and parsley. I will try hiro's way!
Like no kidding this guy is one of my favorite chef cause he's really good at Cooking!
9:31 Hiro's face after hearing how plain his clams taste is priceless.
I might actually try those, they look very good cooked right. If the consistency is tougher and not slimy and soft I will probably love them
Good Afternoon
glad to see your channel is growing! this is one of my favorite channels
So simple. Now I want clams. I had clams a while back but used a different recipe for the cooking sauce. It was good but I will try this soon. Thanks. See you next time! 😃
Hey hiro , I love your videos ... greetings from Germany
P.s
The pink Himalaya salt isn't sea salt , it's from the mountain
Patrick Eggert ... its pink due to residue from pantherpink ?
I mean... originally that was an ocean tho
Profatoe it comes from a mine deep in the mountain.... the declaration sea salt is salt dryed from the sea
i'm pretty sure, its a mistake, he mentioned as sea salt.
Patrick Eggert Who the fuck cares. Fucking nerd
I love Hiro's meal preps...awesome.
This is my favorite cooking channel btw
In the past, most of near sea shore wetlands were destroyed in the US so they are a little hard to find in the US nowadays. And just in case ppl didnt know. Before cooking them, you are supposed to put them in water (add in a little salt) for like half day for them to give out dust and sand.
The Butane Stove and that grate on top sounds like a great idea for RV.
Otro gran trabajo ... gracias por compartirlo....y Buenas tardes..
Another great job ... thanks for sharing .... and good afternoon ..(Necesito una de esas...)
The best of the best Hiroyuki Terada! Greetings from Romania!!
In this moment i'm watching some of your recipies. And in the few days i will try some. Hope to find the right ingredients.
i have been a chef for 18 years and i can tell you for sure that it is not a camera man behind the camera it is actually a camera woman
You make the best food
Keeps these videos coming please! Love them.
Here in Scotland these are really cheap and easy to get at fishmongers. We can even go harvest them ourselves, we have lots of clean beaches and coastline that we can forage for wild seafood and fish. It's just a shame my husband dislikes seafood, it'll have to be a treat for me and my teenager!
Those look very easy to make. I never saw these before. But will use littlenecks for the same thing.
griro reza cram.... you just can't define that... love u hiro!!!
watching you guys is so calming
Waking up to this made me very hungry for some clams and oysters! 🐚🦀

hiro i know you fly bro..... its a fact chilliest chef on youtube with skillz that are untouched by other imitators. This restaurant owner should do a vid on how they met and some Q.A's
That last one toward Hiro just refuses to die, you can see it twitching in pain.
Love it. Blessing from Singapore!
You look like you make the most amazing stuff! I would love to try this! wow!
I want a Chef Hiro documentary or biography or something i want to know more about the man, the myth, the legend

453 F = 233 C For the Europeans just in case ! :) Keep it up Hiro ! You are my mentor !!!
I spent my childhood by the seashore and I never knew you could eat those!
Thank you Hiro. They look great, I love little neck clams. Never have tried these tho. Could these be eaten raw for sushi?
Well, they are clams so I would expect so, but I'm not an expert so don't @ me
They are all over our beaches here in Ireland never ate them though might do soon.
good afternoon

Wow, that chef should have a red cape, with a big ole yellow “S” on it 😂
WONDERFUL HIRO SAN
Master Terada.
I was hoping you could do something sweet. I was thinking like sticky rice rolled around fruit maybe with something suitable instead of nori and a nice traditional sweet sauce?
Looks very tasty. Nice job.
konnichiwa hiro san! thanks for the dish!
Thank you so much
These are hard to catch, we call em' piss clams over here cause they spray you when you step near them buried in the sand. After that dig fast and you can get some...
Nice! Keep it up!
Yup
