Great, informative video...we are making plans to relocate to Myrtle Beach from Florida after my retirement. Condos and townhomes seem very reasonably priced with lower fees than here in Florida. Thank you for the information.

1) proximity to family and friends
2) culture, activities
3) weather
4)
5)
6) Cost of housing
7)
8)
9)
10) Taxes
