Hello, On my audi a6 c7 (2018) I turned on some function in the green menu and since then the buttons on the mmi console do not work. I can reboot, but it doesn't help. I play music and change it with the buttons on the steering wheel. How to return to the way it was?
Guys you can use a tweezer that’s what I used to take out mine but I still haven’t been able to fix the issue. I think I spilled water on mine so maybe I need a new circuit board.

Is there a rain leak in the MMI unit in the trunk room? There is also the possibility of corrosion or electric leakage of the connector terminals of the unit installed on the trunk room side. Make sure that the optical fiber link is lit when the ignition is on.
I have the issue on my A4 B8 Avant that the screen wont turn on and the buttons wont work, checked all fuses, cables, amplifier. I dont have the amplifier connected due to using ground zero amplifier woth subwoofer.
