I've seen a few critical videos on RUclips but this is my first time watching KRITIKAL (see what I did there? 😀) videos and I was pleasantly surprised. I've followed you on this whole journey from Bergen and thoroughly enjoyed it. If a video is, say, 15 minutes long and I'm surprised when it ends, it means it was a good video that kept me interested throughout, and your videos certainly fall into that category. When I was on Svalbard in 2021 I was able to visit the Russian towns of Barentsburg and Pyramiden.. This was like time travel to Soviet times. In Pyramiden there is the world's northernmost statue of Lenin. It is for the moment not possible to visit the Russian towns because of the sanctions against Russia. An interesting fun fact is that there are approx 250 Asians living on Longyearbyen. They are mostly from Thailand and the Philippines and work in hotels and restaurants. Last year Tom Cruise was spotted in Longyearbyen. The reason is that the next Mission Impossible movie will be filmed in Svalbard.
