Buds Sterling Lady "Baby"

This is our new Tennessee Walking Horse mare Baby. This was my third time riding her, and I decided to have my son take some video of her just to see what type of gait she is giving me. Please forgive her for her occasional fractious behavior-- she is still learning, and we aren't really a team yet.

I recommend viewing videos of the following Tennessee Walking horses: Papa's Royal Delight, Hardcastle's Sun Prime, and Eternal Flame. Also, in my video about the Lady Lite saddle, you can view a clip of a top winning Walking Horse performing a running walk for me. These are horses that are VERY good in their running walk and flat walk gaits. I and my horses are also still learning, so while Baby is to be complimented on having a head nod and a nice 4 beat gait, she still needs practice. :)

In the description you said the video was to see what kind of gait she is giving you. Could you please tell me what your opinion on it was upon viewing it? Is she doing well, or could it be better? I'm trying to learn more about gaited horses but I find all the articles online to contain so many specific words that it's hard for me to understand. ;)
