The correct formula ratio is 5kgs white cement + 5 litres water + 500gms ddl binder Fevicol + 500ml 302 drfixit latex binder. white cements had solar reflectance index of greater than 82. Binder is used to make white cement not to flake. 302 is used for crack bridge. Instead of 302 any sbr latex can be used. 3 coats with roller will do the trick, should last for 2 to 3 years. Best time to apply is after 4pm.

How much water is to be added
As video shows t all ingredients are mixed with 12 to 13 kg of white cement but mentioned in 25KG for white cement

Last week I tried this method on my house slab with 5Kg White cement + 8L water + Fevicol and Dr.Fixit. It was too watery. I had to do 3 coates to get a good whiteness.
Two days ago I did it on parents slab with a different proportion and it was perfect with two coats.
My mixing was as below. This mix consistency comes good as paint we buy. This mix covers 40 square meters with two coats.
    10Kg White Cement
    10L water
    2L Fevicol SH
    1L Dr.Fixit Latex plus
BTW, Dr.Fixit 101 is made for concrete. I used 308 Latex Plus which is perfect for a cement mix to be applied as covering layer.

u can try but it wil not work 100%. bcz conductive heat will generated and transferred through your roof top .. Its not have inf power to reflect radiation heat. after mansoon white colour will turn into gray or green ..

install airbubble ,xlpe sheets /rockwook (Insulation matrial) that prevent the heat from transfer

      airbubble sheets & xlpe sheets
      it will reflect 90-97% heat
