Absolutely you can, but keep in mind it takes more than a certification to land a Salesforce job. Hands on experience through practice projects, interview prep and LinkedIn networking play a vital role in successfully landing a role. There are 10s of thousands available but you must differentiate yourself 👍
Salesforce Industries, e.g. OmniStudio and Industries CPQ, functionality is largely distinct to that covered by SF Administrator. I recommend starting with the OmniStudio Consultant Trailmix to start.

Hi, there isn't really an official Salesforce certification dedicated to this, but the closest thing we could recommend would be the Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant certification: trailhead.salesforce.com/en/credentials/tableaucrmandeinsteindiscoveryconsultant. Hope this helps!
There is a business analyst cert, and as Ben said, CRM Analytics Consultant is a great choice, but is challenging! I recommend at least 3 months of study, Admin cert first and practicing in SF ecosystem before attempting CRM Analytics.
