Your work is great, I used one of your works, and attached a twig pot to the center, I think adding a center post would make a nice ring holder, thanks for sharing your work.
That sounds interesting! There's so many different ways we can go with a project. I love your creativity. Thanks for watching Danielle! I appreciate it!
...I really like how you show us that we don't need a piece of expensive wood to turn something cool, good looking and functional... Keep up the great work!...👍 Matt
I don't get the burning of wood. The wood itself, the grain & color should be highlighted. Use oils or stain but why burn it? I think burnt wood is ugly. The wood in no longer interesting and beautiful, just burnt.

you didn't tell us the original length. 2 x 4 x what? either to start with or after cut into 3 pieces.
@@DennisDolan-fl3mw they were cut into square blocks 3.5 x 3.5
You know, I might have hit the "like" button if I hadn't been repeatedly and emphatically commanded to. Groveling doesn't always work with some of us.
That's ok. You either like it or you don't. It's completely up to you.
@@RcWoodturning good answer. I like the way you always answer questions, dumb or otherwise, without any malice.

Depends on the situation
