- After spending a year in a compound villa in Ain Khalid, we decided to embrace the high-rise lifestyle and move to Burj Al Mana in Westbay. And it's fire..Our new home is a spacious, fully furnished apartment with all bills included. It features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a maid's room, and spans an impressive 2475 sq. ft. (230 m²) on the 7th floor.
The rent is 13,800 Qatari Riyal ($3800 USD), which is a fantastic deal for Doha. With such great value and comfort, we don’t plan on moving any time soon!

Any malls/shops around?
Thanks man, and yes Doha has over 17 malls I believe. Most popular ones are Vendome, Villagio and City Center. To be honest, I haven’t been to half of the malls here

would you recommend a agent when looking for apartments ?
Yes they can help for sure…but they usually charge 1/2 month’s rent as a fee. Some places will also cash your deposit then refund when you move out, but the place I’m in doesn’t.

Not sure on the 1bdr but the 2 bedrooms start at 10,300 Qr I believe

Looks like my kind of style! What is it like socially to live there in the building as well as the area? Is there a kids play area inside the building?
@@crimsonbride it’s pretty amazing. They have a state of the art gym with separate room for weights and cardio. They also have a climatized indoor pool, which simulates the relative temperatures outside. There’s several restaurants downstairs as well as a barbershop and salon. They have plans to build a kids play area this year so we are being patient.

So if that's around 3,800 maybe a 1 bd room is around 1,500. Not bad cause I'm sure the amenities are top tier. Hmm 🤔❤
Well the 2 bedrooms start at $2900 so I don’t think the 1 beds are $1500. Prob closer to $2200-2500/mo
