Personally, I hate live save and that is the very first setting I disable when doing a full re-install. lol There are times where I don't want to save and not having that ability can cause problems. Auto save to create backup files (not overwriting your main file) is fine though. But I've been burned enough by technology over the years so now Ctrl+S is practically a reflex for me, so I don't have to worry about it. 😁

But, how much of this should I save, and for how long, after project is finished?

Hello, I have a problem with the timeline, when I add a text or an effect, it becomes heavy. Although my computer is professional

I lost 3 projects and their updates for whatever reason. I am on the studio version, and use it making music videos, so I am not a regular user. I put the time in learning. But. I never had a software that was so difficult to manage. And that behaved so weird. How making a backup can be so unintuitive, wow. I stick with DR, but I always fear something bad happens along the way without me noticing when it is much too late.

You should have the choice how many it keeps. If you want it to save every 15 min all day and want them all. I want to be able to have a whole day's worth every 15 minutes.
