Thanks, Clem, yep every year I say I'm going to cut down on growing all these plants! Yet every year I seem to end up growing more but it does cheer one up to see so much colour when you walk out the front door. But you can see why this type of gardening has gone out of fashion here in the UK as it's very labour-intensive. Thanks as I always so love getting your so kind comments. Hope life goes well and it's not too hot over there. All good wishes Kev.

Looking great Kev. I really like the miniature sunflowers and that shade of blue lobelia is gorgeous. You have a knack of spacing things so that they have room to grow and merge. I think I plant too close in the beginning. My cosmos hasn't flowered yet. Think I've got one bloom. I too have planted a lot of Nemesias this year as they're such easy plants to look after. I thought I'd got all my plants in the ground but I bought some reduced price pelargoniums from Morrison's today. Your grass is looking amazing.

Thanks, Wendy yep hit luck with the grass I put some water feed on it last week and just caught it right with this rain as it's been so dry here two weeks ago that the grass looked dead in patches just shows how it picks up The Lobelia is Crystal Palace a very old variety I always grow from seed as it will germinate I find in a lower temp for me and does not suffer from damping off to badly for me Many thanks for your super kind comment. It's been a slow year here quite a dry cool spring so as you say some plants have not got going that quickly this summer to flower freely we need a bit more warmth again like a couple of weeks ago. Trouble is it watering every day then Oh, well you never win at gardening do you. All the best Kev.
